I am doing grooming, bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and de-shedding. Please take time to read the following:

De-Matting Policy
Keeping the best interest of your dog in mind, should your dog have severely matted/tangled/knotted hair, your dog will be shaved down. If the dog has minimal matting the dog will be brushed out for an extra fee. Sease Paw Spa will not be held liable for what might

be uncovered on a badly neglected coat, or irritation caused by shaving short due to matting or lack of grooming. I recommend regular grooming be done every 6-8 weeks and maintained at home between visits to us. Owners can pre-book their dog's next appointment prior to leaving the salon. Appointment Policy
In the event you can not make your appointment I ask that you call me at least 24 hours in advance. Your next appointment will be written on a reminder card and given to you at check out. You can opt for reminder calls/texts/emails 24 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you are more then 15 minutes late your dog may be rescheduled if I can not work the dog in between other appointments. Before you bring your dog
Please inform me if your dog has ever bitten, or is aggressive. This is for my own protection so I know what to expect. All dogs are required to be vaccinated annually and must show proof from veterinarian of vaccinations to us. (Not tags) Without proof, the dog(s) will not be groomed. (Distemper/Parvo and Rabies are required.) THIS IS A STATE REQUIREMENT. I request that you do not feed your dog prior to grooming and make sure your dog has relieved itself prior to entering my spa. Please respect my spa and our neighbors when bringing your dog to my studio. Stoop and Scoop is the best policy, please bring bags. Should you need a bag, please ask. All Dogs must be collared and leashed when entering and leaving the spa. Picture Policy
When bringing a dog to me for the first time, if you have a picture of how you want your dog groomed please bring it for my reference. You may not get the picture back after the groom, so be sure it's one you can part with. I will from time to time take pictures of your dog and use them on the website, for advertising, or for informational purposes. If you would not like your dog's picture used for this purpose, please inform me so I can make note of this on your card. Thank you for your understanding.
