Due to an increase in customers making appointments and not showing up or showing up an hour late there will be a $10 up charge for the inconvenience in my scheduling. I hate to do this but if customers don’t show that takes away from my income and is time I wasted that I could have spent with my family. The charge will be applied if the client reschedules.
