Happy 6th Birthday, Puppy Poo Patrol!

Six years ago, I had no idea that my little business would grow into what it is today. What started as a simple idea has turned into something so much bigger—something that now serves almost 300 yards every single week! Many of which we are still scooping since we started in 2019!

I couldn’t have done this alone. To my amazing clients, my supportive family and friends, and everyone who has been a part of this journey—thank you. Your trust, kindness, and encouragement have made all the difference.

Over the years, so many new companies have been pooping up (pun intended!), yet this community continues to choose us. That loyalty and support mean more than I can ever express, and I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

Along the way, we’ve built some incredible connections—not just with our clients, but with their pets and even with fellow pooper scoopers in this industry. The relationships we’ve formed are what truly make this business special.

As we celebrate six years, I can’t help but feel excited for what’s to come. Here’s to another year of growth, friendships, and, of course, keeping yards clean!

💩 A special THANK YOU to our technicians Josh and Lindsey. This is an incredibly physically challenging job, especially with the transition from winter to spring. With the snow melt, almost every weekly client we have turns into a spring cleaning. They push through and shine while doing so! Without them, PPP wouldn’t be. So THANK YOU!

Keeping The Golden Leash clean & safe for our doggies is one of our biggest priorities!! Another way that we are able to do so is by getting our outside areas and turf regularly cleaned and sanitized. Puppy Poo Patrol, LLC is the best in the business for that!! ❤️

Our outside area always comes out looking brand new on Fridays and is all set to go by Mondays for our daycare dogs!! ❤️

Important Safety Policy Reminder

Today, one of our technicians was bitten by a client’s dog. Fortunately, he was wearing thick gloves, which prevented a serious injury. This incident is a reminder of why we have a strict policy requiring all dogs to be kept inside while our technicians are working in the yard.

This policy is not in place because we dislike dogs—we love them! It exists to protect both our technicians and your pets. The only exception is if you accompany your leashed dog outside and they meet our technician without displaying any signs of aggression. Even then, this is a case-by-case decision made at our technician’s discretion.

In the past six years, this is the third dog bite incident; one of which required emergency services, one of which require required medical care and thankfully this last one, does not require medical attention although our technician will be quite sore. This is three too many. In this most recent case, the client had previously let their dogs out on our technician more than once, leaving us no choice but to discontinue servicing them. We take safety very seriously and will not compromise on this policy.
