🌫 Life can sometimes feel like being stuck in a thick, overwhelming cloud—full of sadness, anger, and those heavy emotions that weigh us down. It’s easy to think the goal is to make the cloud disappear completely, to clear it away so life feels light again. But maybe that’s not the point.

What if the aim isn’t to banish the cloud, but to find a small spark within it? To create a tiny moment of light, just enough to see ourselves clearly amidst the grey. It’s not about escaping the storm—it’s about finding a way to sit with it, to gently illuminate the space we’re in, and to know that it’s okay to be here.

The sadness, the anger, and even the darkness are part of the journey. They don’t define us, but they are important. Our work is to make those clouds a little easier to navigate—to hold onto something that reminds us we’re still in there, still human, still worthy.

You’re not alone in the cloud. 💛
