This position focuses on client service and communication. The CCS is the first and last contact clients have with our clinic, creating first and lasting impressions of PAC. The applicant must have exceptional service and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude in person and on the phone, able to work in a fast paced environment with grace and the confidence to handle stressful situations.

The applicant we are seeking also has a passion for helping pets and their owners and is self motivated and able to develop skills quickly. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the applicant with all of the skills listed above. This position does hold the possibility for advancement. Salary is based on experience.
