1 Oak Equestrian Club is looking to add a weekend Riding Instructor. The perfect candidate would enjoy working with both children and adults and work well, both as a member of a team and independently. Whomever is selected may set their own hours, but will be expected to put in a full day both on Saturdays and Sundays. Very competitive pay per lesson. Additional hours and room to grow highly possible for the right person. No housing is available at this time.

Requirements:
18+ YOA
Some teaching experience in hunt seat and/or western.
Reliable Transportation
Good communicator and reliable.
Have knowledge of basic equine health and be able to determine if a horse is lame/sore or colicky.
Able to be on your feet for at least 4 consecutive hours and lift 50lbs.

Bonuses:
Experience in stock horses and/or a variety of riding styles.
Showing experience.
Experience driving a horse trailer.
Able to give shots.

1 Oak Equestrian Club in Rocky Point has openings for board for the first time in years! Pasture board available immediately and possible stall opening in the coming month or two.

We feed Nutrena Fiber Plus and coastal hay (alfalfa available for additional fee). Owner provided supplements fed at no charge. Hot/cold wash rack, 10x12 stalls with overhead fans (additional fan optional),100x200 outdoor arena. Multiple trainers/instructors on site and a family friendly atmosphere!

Ideal candidate would additionally be interested in lessons or training but not mandatory.

1 Oak Equestrian Club in Rocky Point, NC is looking for several feeders and a weekend stall cleaner to join our team. Ideally we are looking for 1 person available weekday mornings and 1 person for weekend mornings to feed and clean stalls (though this could be split if need be). Also a couple afternoon shifts available.

We're back again for more camp fun! This year we are offering the following camps:

Ages 6-7; June 19th-23rd
Ages 8-10; June 26th-30th
Ages 9+; July 3rd-7th

Additional camps to be added if signups warrant.

All camps run 8am-1pm and include daily riding (weather permitting), crafts, games, fun educational activities, demonstrations, and a pizza party on the last day! Age groups are a guideline. Sibling and multi-week discounts are available.

1 Oak Equestrian Club (Rocky Point, NC) is looking for a weekday morning feeder as well as a weekend feeder. Morning feeding starts at 8:00am (or earlier if you choose) and takes 3-4 hours to feed and clean stalls if you are efficient. Afternoon feedings start between 4 and 5pm. Duties include turn out/in, passing out grain and hay, filling water buckets in the barn, mixing feed, etc. We had a feeder who we loved but is having some health issues so we are looking to fill this position immediately.

Musts:
18+
RELIABLE (this is a big one)
have good time management skills
have good people skills
be comfortable handling the occasional green/lively horse
be able and willing to work in all weather.

Some horse experience required.
Equine-type employment history preferred.
