Over the past four years, the American Cairo Animal Rescue Foundation has become a beacon of hope for over 7,000 street animals in desperate need from Egypt and around the world. The journey has been nothing short of extraordinary—a testament to the power of unwavering faith, tireless dedication, and the deep love for those who cannot speak for themselves.

At the core of this mission lies prayer. Every rescue begins with hope, every challenge is met with a call for guidance, and every victory is celebrated with gratitude. Prayer provides the foundation upon which this organization stands, offering strength and clarity during moments of darkness. Whether it’s praying for a gravely injured horse to survive surgery, for a neglected dog to find the strength to eat again, or for the resources to save just one more life, this connection to a higher power fuels the resilience needed to face the daily challenges of rescue work.

💔 Urgent Appeal for Oxi: A German Shepherd in Need of Healing 💔
We are reaching out with heavy hearts today as we share the story of Oxi, a young German Shepherd 🐕‍🦺 who was discovered in a desperate state outside our shelter. In the early hours of the morning 🌅, he was found thrown into a planter, a victim of unimaginable cruelty 😢. His leg had been horrifically amputated, but not with the care he so desperately needed. Instead, it was a botched, makeshift procedure that left him with an open, festering wound 🩹💔.
When we found Oxi, he was weak and covered in dirt, lying there with exhaustion etched on his face 😞. It was clear that someone had discarded him without a second thought, showing no regard for the immense pain he was enduring. As we lifted him from the planter, our hearts shattered 💔 for this innocent soul who had suffered so much.
Now, Oxi is in need of urgent medical treatment 🏥 to address his wounds, alleviate his pain, and start him on the road to recovery. We are committed to ensuring he receives the professional care he needs, but we cannot do it alone.
