Hey Howliday Family! There is definitely some crud floating around our area. As always we do our best to keep or facility clean and sanitized but this stuff is usually airborne and really hard to contain. Please leave dogs with ANY symptoms at home. If your dog is showing any signs of being sick we will have to separate them and ask you to come get them. Thank you for helping us prevent the spread!

Last week was pet sitter appreciation week and we spotlighted each person on our all star team, Saturday was a day to recognize women and Brandon surprised me with a super sweet post. There’s one person left on our team that we haven’t given props where props are due. There’s no special day or week but one isn’t really needed in order to show out gratitude for Brandon! He truly has a passion for what he does. He is always pushing himself to be better in every area of life. He soaks up anything and everything he can to continue to grow as a dog trainer. He takes that same drive, knowledge, and determination and pours it in to our trainers and staff. He makes us all strive to be the best versions of ourselves. He has a huge heart and wants to help everyone he meets learn to understand their dog. He has a gift of saving the dogs no one thought could be saved. He is kind but firm, wise but teachable, proud but humble, he IS Howliday. Everything we stand for and everything we’ve come to be you can find in Brandon. So everyone please help me to take one last day to say thank you to the leader of our pack for everything you do for our community!

Today is International Women's Day and we want to celebrate all women, but especially our fearless leader Summer. Her strength, determination, and resilience has made her the backbone of Howliday. She can do it all from grooming, front end, pack play to training, and make it look easy. She gives her all every day, not just for your pups, but for all the employees as well. Even after putting all her energy into work each day, she still finds time to be an amazing wife, mother, and friend. Here's to Summer and all of the other incredible women out there who are super heros without capes!

Last but never least. Give a shout out to Rick! Rick has been with Howliday for 6 years! He started out as a pack play supervisor but found his passion in training! Rick loves learning new techniques and wants to soak up all the info so he can put it towards helping dogs and helping you guys as well! Thank you Rick for all you do! You make Howliday, Howliday!

PET SITTER APPRECIATION WEEK
Danny is one of our trainers! We are so thankful for him and we know you are too! Danny has been training dogs for about 17 years. We added him to our crew in 2017, he left for a little while to try something different. Don’t worry he came back because a life without training dogs just wasn’t for him! He’s super patient and is good at thinking outside of the box. Also if anything is broke, Danny can fix it! Everyone give him a huge shout out!

You can’t think Howliday without thinking Drew, he has been here since day 1! That’s almost 11 years!! Drew is our back end Manager and he wrote the book on safe and fun play groups. He has trained everyone of our guys on how to do what we do. He makes sure all the dogs are safe and well cared for and that our staff is educated and knowledgeable. He can be found hanging out with the pack, cleaning, feeding and walking dogs! Also if you pull in and you hear music, that’s Drew setting the playtime vibe! Make sure to tell him Thank you for his years of service!

Buddy is new to the crew! Even though he has only been with us a few months, it feels like he’s been here forever! He is our new groomer. He’s a quick learner and a team player. He makes the most of every minute he is here and works non stop. Someone is gonna have to show him what a break is! He gets better at his job every day and sincerely cares about all of your pups! I know we have dropped little hints here and there but it’s time to let the cat out of bag. Brandon and I have teamed up with our old buddy John Lopez once again to bring you Barc-ees! We are part owners in this BRAND NEW destination spot! We are super excited to invite YOU, our howliday Family out to see it! We will be hosting TWO parties for Howliday clients!

#1 A FREE for all for the kids! That invite will be going out TODAY!

#2 A party to come hang out with Brandon and I so we can show you around and spend some time with you guys! Plus you can bring your dog!

What is Barc-ee’s, I’m glad you asked! Barc-ee’s has something for everyone!

PET SITTER APPRECIATION WEEK
Oh Brayden, this goof ball is the bosses kid. He started at Howliday when he was 14 working weekends and spring and summer breaks. He’s tried a few other jobs but just couldn’t stay away. He is one of the hardest working employees we have! Sitting still is not an option for him! If he’s not supervising play time or feeding dogs he’s cleaning something! I may be biased but we are lucky he’s ours! This year Brayden will graduate high school and we will end up with him full time until he decides what’s next. So you will see him around, when you do be sure to say hey!

Hey Taylor!! Many of you are familiar with this face! Taylor will celebrate 2 years with the Howliday Family in July! She started out as a groomer and then moved to our front end position. She can be found greeting you at pick ups and drop offs, keeping up with paper work, cleaning, feeding pups and so much more! Taylor has an awesome work ethic and LOVES your pups like you do. Everyone make sure to tell her thank you for all her hard work!

Everyone leave a comment and say thanks to Blaine! Howliday Inn was this guys first real job. He did leave us for awhile but only to serve in the army. When he was finished he found his way back home! We have loved watching Blaine grow over the years and are super thankful to have him around. He is one of our pack supervisors and the pups LOVE him! When he’s not busy watching over all the dogs you can find him feeding them, cleaning kennels or taking them for a walk! Thank you Blaine for being a vital part of the crew!

Matt has been a vital member of the Howliday Family for over 3 years! Matt is a jack of all trades! While his main job is working in the pack with the dogs he can also be found covering the front or has even gotten really good at fixing things! Matt has a heart for the dogs and a crazy attention to details which is why he makes a perfect shift leader! If there’s a question, Matt usually knows the answer! Make sure to give him a big THANKS!

Will is our official college kid! He’s been juggling work and school with us for 2 years. When you see us post those super cute, amazing quality pictures, he’s the one behind them! Will is a play time supervisor so he gets to love on your pups while you’re away. Rest assured they’re in good paws! Natalie has been with us since 2023 and quickly became a driving force here at Howliday! She is here to greet each of you and your pups daily! She takes care of all the background stuff you don’t see as well! From laundry to paperwork, cleaning, administering meds, feeding your pups and everything in between. She keeps me on my toes and is always ready for the next big thing! We love her and we know you do too, so take a few to let her know!
