Pet Dental Health Month in February is when we remember that our furry friends don’t carry a toothbrush around with them and so their teeth may need a little attention. Whether a dog, or cat, let’s remember our pets by lovingly looking after their teeth. Dental checks are as important to animals as they are to us and looking after their dental health significantly prevents oral problems they may have in the future. Red gums, stinky breath, or yellow teeth could lead to an oral disease if left untreated, giving your pet a poor quality of life and nobody wants that! This National Pet Dental Health Month let’s prioritize our pet’s teeth as much as we do their stomachs. With a dental cleaning, you will receive a FREE 14ct bag of Oravet February through the end of April.

We would like to introduce the newest member to the Tender Heart family. Ms. Dani Rae was born 1/30/24 to Dr. Bradley. Everyone is doing well.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we are reminded of how grateful we are to be able to do what we do - take care of your furbabies. So, we will be posting things we are thankful for. Day 1, we are thankful to be able to provide cutting edge therapies to help heal pain in your pets. Henry came to visit us because he was experiencing acute pain. After a thorough exam by Dr. Bradley we decided on pain medication, rest and laser therapy to help reduce his pain and inflammation. He was such a good boy and we hope he has a speedy recovery!

Doggy Style Hotdog food truck will be here from 11am-4pm. We are having a raffle for a 40-inch television, a Bissell cordless stick vacuum and an i Home air purifier with proceeds going to our local food bank. $1 for 1 ticket, $5 for 6 tickets or 1 can of non-perishable food for 1 ticket. We will have a bounce house, games/prizes, and a photo both. This will be the start of our pet Halloween costume contest! Photo entries can be sent to [email protected] or 417-833-7712. We will take entries for the contest from 10/14-10/25. Voting will begin on 10/27 and will end at midnight in 10/29. There will be prized for 1st and 2nd place for the costume contest.
