Last night as Ralph & I are getting all of the goats settled in for the night, I found Crystal under the hay feeder just munching away. It helps to be 3 months old, and small enough to get into the tiniest places. Smart little girl.🤣🤣🤣

Coming soon!!! Meet Crystal. She is about 3 weeks old. Dad is a Nigerian Dwarf, and mom is a mix of Nigerian Dwarf, Boer & Alpine. She is still being bottle fed but once she starts chewing her cud she’ll be coming home to live on the sanctuary.

We would like to introduce you to our newest family members. Please welcome brothers Artie & Tommy. They are fainting goats. They came from a chaotic environment that was not healthy for them. After a health check & short quarantine they will join our other goats, and live a very peaceful life at the sanctuary.

I am so grateful to have been asked to participate in this amazing event at The Springs at Anna Maria in Medford this next Saturday, July 20th, 9:30-3:30. I will be one of their vendors. Please stop by and pet Bentley's Sanctuary's Ambassador Bean (1 year old Nigerian Dwarf goat), and enjoy all of the festivities. See you there! It will be so much fun!!

UPDATE: Bean is out of surgery, and he did great! He’s awake, and up looking for something to eat. So grateful for everyone at OSU. They took excellent care of him.
We will be able to go home tomorrow morning.

Bean is such a trooper! We had a wonderful 3-1/2 hour trip to OSU this morning. Because only one of his testicles descended, surgery is necessary to fully castrate him. He will finally be able to go out into the big pasture now with the girls.
