Two 2023 AQHA yearlings both by Checking the Cows

Red roan gelding out of Miss Peppy No Blue
Dun filly out of Peponita Kahlua. Her dam was a solid 2D/3D barrel horse.

Both yearlings lead, load, tie, and pick up their feet. They have both been handled extensively and are going to be nice athletic horses that could go in any direction. Will be getting more updated pictures of the Dun and have a couple videos that won’t post that I can PM.

BGY Photography

All sponsored riders will receive:
•One Free Digital Image OR One Free Video per ICRP show that BGY Photography is the official photographer
•15% off all products
•One FREE 1-hour portrait session (travel fees will apply when outside of 30 miles from Palmyra MO). Must be able to do the session on a weekday due to show schedule and must be used within 2024. It is the rider’s responsibility to schedule this.
•Priority on order delivery

Madrinas Coffee – Custom buckle tumbler and coffee

Team Murphy Equine Solutions – $100 toward ICRP entry fees

Performance Equine Cryotherapy - Tara Massman - $200 in show day treatments

Massman Maintenance & Repair, LLC - trailer tire/axel service and evaluation ($250 value) - must be done at their Bowling Green location

ICRP Representative Criteria:

•Open to all ages
•Must attend (5) 2024 ICRP show - including (1) three day event
•Must be active in barrel racing
•Must meet the sponsorship contact minimums. If you are not able to meet this requirement, the sponsorship will be offered to another person.

Expectations for sponsored riders (BGY):

•Tagging BGY Photography for photo credit/sponsor on all social media platforms whenever posting show and/or portrait photos and/or show results
•Resharing, at minimum, one BGY Photography post once per month during show season (March-October)
•Wearing a BGY Photography patch on any sponsored clothing (BGY Photography will provide the patch by 1st ICRP show of 2024)
•Attending, at minimum, 5 ICRP shows in the 2024 year (may be invoiced for their session if this requirement is not met)
•Representing BGY Photography and ICRP publicly by promoting kindness, striving to improve as an individual, and sharing the love of barrel racing wherever they go.

We are so very thankful for everyone that has been following and supporting this journey with Seek the past year and cannot wait for babies to start dropping come spring!! Discounted breeding is still available until December 1st!

We have some exciting new additions around here! Meet Hank and his new ladies Reba and Jolene. 😍 They are all 3 mini highlands and on the younger side at the moment. Make sure to keep an eye out for updates on them and babies for sale in the future!

Hey everyone! It’s been awhile since we’ve posted much and we just wanted to reach out with a little life update. At the moment we are not doing much training wise due to not having the proper place for it but we are working on getting that situation taken care of and a nice place right at the barn set up to ride.

For the time being we have been focusing on the breeding side of things! This year we have had 4 babies born from personal mares. We have just started the weaning process and a couple will be for sale so let us know if you’re looking! We also have a broodmare checked in foal for sale. We currently have 7 broodmares in foal to Seek Ta Fame for 2024 babies and could not be more excited for them!

Thank you all for sticking with us and continuing to recommend us for training services. We are hoping to be back at it more consistently soon!

Pine Bars Babe
2010 broodmare checked in foal late June to Seek Ta Fame. She is 14.2/14.3 hands.
Really nice mare just wanting to go a different direction with mares for next year. She was AI’d with fresh semen and confirmed in foal by our vet. Will sell her with the offer for a discounted 2024 breeding back to Seek Ta Fame. Asking mid x,### located in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Can help arrange hauling if needed.

Check this guy out. Flicka has produced a very handsome Checking The Cows baby. This little turd is quite the mover. Message me if you have any questions. I also have a hand full of other mares with foals on the ground out of the same stud. It’s about weaning time and he will be gelded as soon as possible. He will be halter broke and handled as much as possible before leaving.

Our last baby for the year has officially made his entrance. 🙌🏻 This is our 3rd Checking The Cows baby this year and we are loving what we’re seeing but we cannot wait for our Seek Ta Fame babies to start hitting the ground next year. Once this mare is bred again we will officially be done with our personal breeding season for the year and will be expecting multiple Seek babies next year!
