Our sponsorship opportunity is open to 0-99 and we will be accepting (3-5) new riders for 2024!
Our package has expanded and will include sponsorship from Madrinas Coffee, Team Murphy Equine Solutions, PE Cryotherapy - Tara Massman, as well as BGY Photography! Thank you for this opportunity and collaboration!

(4) Explain how you intend to represent ICRP, Madrinas, Team Murphy Equine Solutions, PE Cryotherapy - Tara Massman, Massman Maintenance & Repair, and BGY Photography
(5) The top 10 pictures with the most likes will move on to the finalist round!
-Preliminary voting closes 12/31/2022.
-Finalists will be decided 1/8/2023.
-Blind panels will vote on finalists, and the new sponsored rider will be chosen 1/12/2024.

Duties as a representative:
•Be kind, offer encouragement, cheer for your fellow contestants
•Wear your custom sponsored gear at shows
•Share your runs or pictures on FB and tag the sponsors
•Contact a minimum of two NEW potential sponsors per month (these will be tracked and information for sponsorship provided) – ICRP only
Sponsorship Packages includes:
Indian Creek Racing Productions
•20% of any sponsorship brought in will paid back in cash each month
•Facebook features and ICRP website exposure
•ICRP patches for you to add to any shirt you choose
*ICRP custom jacket
*$10,000 Full Send Invitational Wild Card
*2024 ICRP Membership to all series
BGY Photography
All sponsored riders will receive:
•One Free Digital Image OR One Free Video per ICRP show that BGY Photography is the official photographer
•15% off all products
•One FREE 1-hour portrait session (travel fees will apply when outside of 30 miles from Palmyra MO). Must be able to do the session on a weekday due to show schedule and must be used within 2024. It is the rider’s responsibility to schedule this.
•Priority on order delivery
Madrinas Coffee – Custom buckle tumbler and coffee
Team Murphy Equine Solutions – $100 toward ICRP entry fees
Performance Equine Cryotherapy - Tara Massman - $200 in show day treatments
Massman Maintenance & Repair, LLC - trailer tire/axel service and evaluation ($250 value) - must be done at their Bowling Green location
ICRP Representative Criteria:
•Open to all ages
•Must attend (5) 2024 ICRP show - including (1) three day event
•Must be active in barrel racing
•Must meet the sponsorship contact minimums. If you are not able to meet this requirement, the sponsorship will be offered to another person.
Expectations for sponsored riders (BGY):
•Tagging BGY Photography for photo credit/sponsor on all social media platforms whenever posting show and/or portrait photos and/or show results
•Resharing, at minimum, one BGY Photography post once per month during show season (March-October)
•Wearing a BGY Photography patch on any sponsored clothing (BGY Photography will provide the patch by 1st ICRP show of 2024)
•Attending, at minimum, 5 ICRP shows in the 2024 year (may be invoiced for their session if this requirement is not met)
•Representing BGY Photography and ICRP publicly by promoting kindness, striving to improve as an individual, and sharing the love of barrel racing wherever they go.
