🌈RAINBOW BRIDGE CROSSING🐴

With the heaviest of hearts, we share the passing of our most senior citizen, Thor. Nearly 34 years old, his body grew weary, and despite every effort, we could no longer keep him comfortable or free from pain.

For 8 beautiful years, Thor was a cornerstone of Trinity Rescue. He welcomed every visitor with his gentle spirit, served as a steady buddy to foals born here, and soothed broken souls with a quiet strength that only he could offer. There will never be another quite like him.

Run free across the Rainbow Bridge, sweet angel pony. 💔 You touched countless hearts and left hoofprints on our souls. Until we meet again in Heaven.

Trinity Rescue and Equine Sanctuary is a labor of love—over 30 rescues cared for entirely by volunteers. That means every hour you give makes a dramatic difference in the lives of horses, donkeys, and mules in need.

How You Can Help:

Hands-on with the Horses:
No experience? No problem! Learn to groom, feed, bath, and assist with rehab and veterinary treatments.
Beginners are welcome—training provided!

Volunteer Your Talents:
Not local—or prefer to work behind the scenes? Bring your unique skills! Whether it’s DIY projects, event planning, graphic design, or admin, there’s a role for you.

Support at Special Events:
Help us at locsl events and community fundraisers. Your presence makes it possible.

Why It Matters:
Trinity Rescue operates entirely on volunteer power—with volunteers as the heart and soul of the operation.

🚨 WALK OF SHAME ALERT 🚨

Well, well, well… look who came strutting back into her pasture this morning with hay in her mane, a twinkle in her eye, and absolutely zero regrets.

That’s right, folks—Madison pulled a full-blown escape artist maneuver last night, unlatched her gate like some kind of four-hoofed Houdini, and went trotting under moonlight straight into the waiting embrace of Herbie, our big, blonde Belgian heartthrob.

They were last seen around midnight sharing a slow graze under the stars… and we’re not saying they were canoodling by the water trough, but let’s just say there was some serious mutual grooming going on. 😳

This morning, Madison sauntered back to her pasture with her head high and not an ounce of shame—just that smug, post-romantic glow that only a late-night rendezvous with a 2,000-lb dreamboat can bring.

She declined to comment, but her pasture mates report she’s been humming love songs and flipping her tail dramatically all morning.







💋 Stay tuned. We suspect this might not be the last moonlight meeting…

🎉🥳 Happy Birthday to our fabulous mini mares, Xena & Lilah! 🥳🎉

Today we celebrate Xena turning 11 and Lilah turning 2! Both of these lovely ladies are the perfect mix of sass, sweetness, and pure love. They light up our days and bring so much joy to everyone who meets them.

Thank you, Xena and Lilah, for making every day brighter just by being your wonderful, spunky selves. Here’s to another year of adventures, cuddles, and plenty of treats! 💖🐴
