Diamond C Tack & LeatherWorks is NOT responsible for lost conchos! As an owner of your tack, it is your responsibility for upkeeping and checking your tack and conchos periodically and tightening your conchos as needed. Over time, movement of your horse will cause conchos to loosen regardless of how well they were put on the tack.
