How it started vs how it ended!

That's a wrap! Our ‘24 season has come to a close as the last dog departs for the hunting season 🦆 We would like to thank our faithful clients for trusting us with your hunt test competitors, hunting buddies, and family companions another season; it's truly a blessing to call this our job!

We also appreciate our help this year, without y’all none of our accomplishments would have been possible! From road trips to tests and preparing gun dogs for hunting season, plus some obedience dogs sprinkled in. It’s been a busy but GREAT year but now it's time for us to take a break and go hunting 🦆🦌

Happy hunting, shoot straight! 🎯 see yall in the spring!

Update from Mike, Betty, and Quinnifer in Alaska.

Quin killed it. 2 limits.
I brought a 20” lead cause I figured she’d lose her mind with excitement. Never had to use it. I let client shoot first two groups so I could make sure Quin didn’t break. She never broke once until I sent her. Doubles, two blinds etc she’s a rockstar. Thanks bud! I’ll send some pics later.

Before the week ends we wanted to document the special week MCR had at North Idaho RC taking home 3 MH & 4 SH titles! 🎗️

We had the pleasure of running Western Montana RC in Ronan this past weekend. Thank you to judges for giving up their weekend, club members, and workers for putting on a great test!

MCR went 3/4 in Master and 4/4 in Senior. Thanks again to all of our client’s for making these weekends possible! 👏🏻

Mudd Creek Retrievers went to Butte, MT for a very challenging Master Test this past weekend where only 13/40 dogs passed!!

We took all 4 dogs to the 3rd series and unfortunately lost Deets on the last bird in the last series.

Overall a very good weekend! Thanks to the judges, club members, and everyone involved in putting on a great test!

Mudd Creek Retrievers traveled to MaCall, Idaho this weekend for a double Master/Senior hunt test 🦆

I could not be more proud of this group of dogs, they held it together all weekend and made me look good! 👏🏻
