So we learned this lesson today, beware of foxtails with your pups! They can be very dangerous!! As someone NOT from this area, I had no idea what could happen! Emiko is okay, but it wasn’t cheap and she isn’t feeling great. 😔

Pup update 6: Emiko, black Tri female. She is staying with us. She likes shoes, phones, shirts, pant legs, shoe strings… whatever she can pick a fight with. She’s the smallest of the litter now, but a spunky little fluff ball.

Pup Update 5: Minerva, red Tri female. Gorgeous red liver coloring with the copper and white. She has the full collar white. She’s sweet and spunky, likes being held.

Pup update 4: Severus, black Tri male. Lots of black, copper on the face, rear legs and butt. White on paws and chest/belly. He started as the smallest of the bunch and now he’s in the middle of the pack in size. He is super calm, still playful, but likes to hang out on your lap.

Pup update 3: Pomona, blue Merle female. She’s playful, spunky and so sweet. She likes being held. So far eyes are blue. All the brown on her face is just so cute.

Update 2: Sybill, blue Merle female, biggest of the bunch now. She’s so very chill and likes nuzzling under your neck. Both eyes the bright, light blue, so hopefully they’ll stay that way. She does like to wrestle with her siblings though.

Last night, our girl Thea had 6 puppies! She’s such a good momma! All are doing well, 2 boys, 4 girls, 2 black tri, 1 red tri and 3 blue merles! Adorable bunch… temporary names hint: Hogwarts staff!

We have decided to go ahead and rehome little Mister Archie. We planned to keep him, but we decided that now is not a good time for us to grow our breeding program. Please PM me for details if you’re interested. He will be 10 weeks Monday and gets his second round of shots tomorrow and is microchipped. And he is pretty well crate trained at this point.

Our little cutie pie Ringo goes to his new home tomorrow at Josh and his Critters rescue. They take care of pups with conditions like his so he has a safe, happy place. And it’s only 10 minutes away, so we can check on him regularly! Gonna miss the little guy, but it’s safer for him there than our insane house of kids and puppies. 🐶💙 if anyone else would like to contribute to this amazing rescue, I put up a donation link below for them.
