This baby was my mission today...
Cal City Vet to La Vet...

Broken jaw and head trauma due to a speculated car accident. She was rushed to the vet but the vet she was at was unable to properly care for her so They did give her pain meds and stabilize her for the trip to LA.
Huge Thank you to Love Leo Rescue for taking this baby on and getting her such quick care.

Kris Harrington, Wendy Vazquez and Diane Perry you three are a force unlike no other.. Thank you for all you do for Cal City Animals....

Thank you Cal City Shelter...

TODAY 3 beautiful senior boys left the shelter for rescue in Nevada - TOGETHER. 🎉

Huge thanks to Animal Rescue Relay for rescuing seniors Pete(10) Buster(8) & Bear Bear (17) who were dropped at the shelter with a note saying owner lost home & job. We are so grateful to rescues who step up for seniors and especially for those who keep families together!

We’d also like to extend big thanks to Bubba & Babe's Animal Transport for making herself available today to transport when fires messed with flight plans.

Great news! The low cost spay/neuter program is being offered to Rosamond residents also.

Bubba & Babe's Animal Transport is offering transport for pet parents without transportation. Owner must make the apt and message us with Apt date, time, Name, address and phone number.
Rosamond Residents Only

LOW COST FIX YOUR PETS: This program is for Cal City, Boron, N Edwards, Mojave and now Rosamond residents.

Please do not call the Cal City Pet Clinic to set up an appointment for a spay/neuter under this program as all requests must be approved prior to scheduling.

Traditional along with California City Animal Outreach Foundation are sponsoring a low income, low cost spay/neuter program. Almost Eden Rescue is providing a free microchip for each fixed pet.

Funds will be limited each Month. Please review the flyer for requirements/documents.

This big ol lug Max was my mission today... Abandoned in a yard and left for dead. Thank God the neighbors stepped in when they realized it. He is a good boy, A scared boy but a good boy. He is off to rescue. First stop the vet.

Goodmorning Bubba's & Babe's Followers,

I wanted to introduce you all to Lisa's pac.
(L) Tyson is the oldest. He came to her as a rescue and rehab but he decided to keep them after he was ready to find his new home. Lol. He has been with Lisa for 7 years now.
(M) BJ is a Certified Therapy Animal and he loves his work. He is the heart of this whole operation and has been with her sence birth.
(R) Brewzer is the wise one. He came from a puppy mill in Tennessee to Lisa at the age of 6 weeks. He has been trained as a Service Animal and prides himself is helping train fellow rescues who come into his home.
(C) LOL. Smoke is the cat-dog. He runs the fence line with the boys and tries to bark also. He is a real pitty. Hahaha.

Lisa is Owner/operator of B&B and has been in the rescue world for 20 years almost. Along the way she has come to learn what real Transport looks like and refuses to let her animals be moved that way so she decided to move forward with Animal Transport.

You will never catch her team packing out a van or a car to do a huge move of animals. She firmly believes in proper care of each animal that is transported.
We do stop for potty breaks and we do stop for the night if need be. We will take each animal in the hotel with us and treat them like our very own.

We also do medical transport. Lisa's team is amazing. She has vet techs and medical staff on standby at all times.

We come with great references.
Our pricing is .75 cents to 1.25 a mile depending on location and weather round trip.
