Established since early 60's in Southern California. Home of fifth generation horseman and showman, Bill Cameron

Disciplines taught include: Reined Cow Horse, Reining, Extreme Cowboy Racing, Western Dressage, jumping, and the Natural Born Riders Method. Offering Private and group lessons on Liberty work, obstacles, and cattle. Horsemanship, Ranch Horse clinics, Cattle workshops, Santioned EXtrem

e Cowboy racing, two complete EXCA courses, fence less arena, jumps, sandy miles of trails, hills, and lesson horses available. No dogs

2. No smoking

3. No alcohol until after you are done riding

4. Drive slow

5. Children must be 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. HELMETS MANDATORY FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

6. Maximum weight allowed is 220 lbs for the safety of both the horse and rider. NO EXCEPTIONS.

7. Please ensure you are wearing appropriate footwear and clothing. Jeans or pants are recommended. Please wear closed-toe shoes or boots. NO OPEN TOE SHOES OR SHOES THAT EASILY FALL OFF!

8. Please arrive at least FIFTEEN minutes before your riding lesson so that you can get helmets sized, orientation/introductions completed, and use the restroom if necessary. If you are late for your scheduled ride time, this will directly effect the time you get to ride.

9. A waiver must be signed before all activities. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any rider under the age of 18.

10. You will be responsible and billed for the lesson fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time. Riding Lessons: $75
Training starts at $1000 per month

Happenings at Cameron Ranch -
A Fatima breakthru. Led out to front arena with obstacles. Scared but she did it!!

Front hooves frog trimmed and cleaned, Intro to farrier stand ✅. Happy 🕺🏼

This is Fatima. Today we worked on leading to new areas, getting her introduced to a farriers stand, and cleaning her hooves so that Bill can trim and balance her hooves.

We worked on trot transitions and turns at liberty. I’m happy to say no charging or attacking today. She thought about it once and I redirected her before she followed thru. Little things trigger her. It’s discovering those triggers and addressing them with strategy and patience. Within a few sessions those triggers dissipate.

If you know her history of attacking and charging in self defence, this is a huge achievement with her today.

Good morning everyone! Hope the 🌸🌺 are blooming in your yard and the 🦋are floating around giving you warm and fuzzy feelings of Spring. Our horses ❄️ coats are starting to shed unveiling beautiful summer coats underneath.

Riding lessons are available. If your bucket list has “Ride a Horse” on it ...now is the time before the summer hits us. Misty our mini pony is available to groom and love on. If you have a 2 - 3.5 year old child/siblings...Misty is very safe around children she has raised a few 😉 human kids.

🤠Some great cowgirls and cowboys being developed at Cameron Ranch. We have a few more 🐎 lesson spots available for weekly regular sessions. 🐴 Horse training spots are full (spots spoken for - we have 2 coming in very soon and boy are they fancy).

Bill offers so much knowledge for horses and students - the sky is the limit with Bill.

🇸🇪 Sweden has canceled this year and we have him all to ourselves May and June!

UPDATE: This little girl is placed with Tammy at the Groomery (661-256-3629). She will be getting her exam and shots today and up for adoption soon along with the black kitten.

Extremely affectionate would make a wonderful companion for elderly or young person. Likes dogs.

Another tame 10 week old kitten dropped off at Cameron Ranch, Mohave/Rosamond last night. Whoever is abandoning these adorable tame affectionate kittens -STOP🛑!!! You know who you are. These are indoor cats - not feral. We have coyotes, owls, bobcats, horses, roadrunners, a badger and a cat eating dog here! They will not survive.

UPDATE: this little girl has been placed with Tammy at the Groomery (661) 256-3629) in Rosamond where she will be safe and cared for and placed in a good home. Getting her shots and exam Sept 30, 2022. Up for adoption soon.

ISO her home or a new home: female kitten gentle, affectionate, & clingy. Found this little abandoned or lost female kitten at Cameron Ranch. She had been chased by a canine up a pole covered in dog/coyote saliva .

Up for adoption as we can not keep her here safely without being eaten by our predictors (coyotes-bobcats/roadrunners). To meet her and take her home - (661) 350-6577
