It has officially been a year since I started helping dogs feel better and regain an active lifestyle while treating them in the comfort of their own homes. I am so lucky to have the best patients and the best clients. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for year 2!!
Stella and Maeve
Had the cutest assistant help me with Stella’s exercises and setting up my equipment !
Reba had a front leg amputated when she was a puppy. When I started seeing her, she was struggling with strength and mobility of all 3 of her legs. In addition, she was lacking confidence to do regular “dog things” like go for walks and be outside in her backyard. She also recently developed a significant noise sensitivity. After starting a custom rehab plan, Reba was getting stronger and moving better. By the end of her rehab sessions, Reba’s confidence had skyrocketed and she started enjoying time outside and her noise sensitivity improved!! Reba’s case shows just how much a dogs physical capabilities are tied into their confidence and mental wellbeing!
Monday afternoon pick me up! Paisley showing off her new ball! She is the happiest, silliest girl who has more toys than she knows what to do with! 😂
Paisley is living her best life during her rehab treatment! This cutie pie sure does love staying home for her treatments and seeing her is one of the best parts of my day! ❤️
Theo had back surgery a few months ago and has made so much progress since starting rehab! It will be a long recovery process and require many treats to convince him to cooperate, but his owners and I will do everything we can to get him stronger and more mobile!
Hermie has multiple orthopedic and neurologic issues going on, but he has improved so much since starting rehab! He can stand and walk better than he has in years! Here is a peek into his rehab sessions!
Happy Friday everyone!! It’s been awhile since I have posted an update but I’ve still been busy treating the absolute cutest pups in the world! How lucky am I?! Stay tuned for updates on these cute babies!
Here is Stella working hard for treats during her rehab visits! She had surgery on one back leg, has a cruciate tear in the other and has soreness in her front leg and back from compensating. Go Stella go!
Stella was really unsteady on her legs when we first started rehab. She would lose her balance often and had to depend heavily on her front legs due to the weakness in her back end. Check out how great she looks running to see me when I show up for her appointments!
Hermie!
Hermie sure had Tom Allen and I working hard during his rehab session! Here he is afterwards demanding some snacks! Stay tuned to watch this cute boy in action and learn about some of his orthopedic and neurologic problems!!
Check out all these Kelsey’s K9 pups enjoying their treatments on the Respond PEMF mat! This mat reduces pain and promotes relaxation. Using it in conjunction with other treatment modalities has been such a great addition!
