Showing you love in all that we do,
We bathe you and trim your hair,
We give you treats to show we care,
We bond with your family and pack,
We get you clean and hand you back,
But the hardest part of what we do,
Is knowing someday we'll say bye to you,
Being a dog groomer is emotionally rough,
Loving something so deep is really tough,
But we'll do it until we can't anymore,

We would appreciate that everyone could show up on time for their appointments and show up for their appointments. You do get appointment reminders for the time of your appointment for you to confirm if you're going to be here or not. There are late fees that will be added to your appointment for being late. There are no show fees of half your groom cost for not making it to your appointment. When you show late for your appointment it causes the day to fall behind for all the other customers that are coming in and us getting their dogs in done on time. When you no show or don't make your appointment the person grooming your dog does not get paid that would be like you going to work work the day and you don't get paid Is that right? We do you understand things happen in life that causes these issues. But you got to understand there are these fees in place for reasons. If I miss an appointment somewhere I know these fees need to be paid and move on and make another appointment We would appreciate your understanding in this issue. And those who would like to bad mouth us or put bad reviews up we would hope that you would understand as well
