OUR NEW HOME: Ione, Washington.
To all of our Followers and loyal customers .. UGR will be relocating from Roseburg Oregon, to Ione Washington. At that time we will be changing our Kennel name to (Northern Guardian Kennels) After setting up our yard, we will be offering Traditional/ Authentic Old world Cane (kah-nay) Corso dogs and the declining true German Rottweiler.
Don't listen to me talk to our customers.
Our Rottweiler dogs are some of the Grandest Examples of the True Rottweiler, the German Rottweiler.
This is only part of our mission, once we get all set up, I will be breaking ground on ODINS Berries (Blue Berry) farm.

This is the True Example of a Cane (kah-nay) Corso The Corso and Rottweiler were roman DOGS OF WAR. after the fall of Rome both dogs were all but extinct, some that were smuggled to Germany, bred with German farm dogs, became the Rottweiler we came to love today.. The Traditional Corso was saved buy a man named Paolo Breber during the Reconstruction period of the 1980's. This is the dog that was created by the poor farmers (back yard breeders) of Southern Italy, a dog that could serve all of the needs for the poor farmers/ranchers in southern Italy and even used as the Roman Dogs of War .. but during the reconstruction/resurrection of the breed in the 1970-80's. Those in Naples had other ideas about what was the true Corso. 99% of the so-called Corso today look anything like this.
All of the AKC/ICCF dogs are boxer/Neapolitan mastiff cross or both. These original dogs were health champions .. if you would .. as solid as come .. they didn't drool had an awesome scissor bite, no droopy eyes .. these were classified as catch dogs .. all of this was destroyed by the AKC and the ICCF with the infusion of the Boxer for the purpose of being able to show them at AKC events If you had a real Cane Corso dsog .. you would not be able to show them at these goofy events .. having some fat broad messing with them opening their mouths etc. the boxer cross softened the dog and is not a Mollusian but actually a Bullenbeiser German bulldog and english bulldog cross .. both throw away dogs .. because of this todays Cane Corso is plagued with tons of health issues. The worst being life threatening Epilepsy Such a shame
