HERE IS OUR CLUB HUNT PROGRAM THAT WAS APPROVED AT JAN MEETING. THIS IS FOR PAID MEMEBERS. WE WELCOME NEW AND RETURNING PAST MEMBERS AND LOOK FORWARD TO THIS YEAR OF CAMARADERIE. DUES ARE $25/YR OR $150 FOR LIFETIME

2025 BUDDY/MONTHLY CLUB HUNT PROGRAM

1. THERE WILL 2 CLASSES; 13 YR OLD AND UNDER (ON 2025 BIRTHDAY) AND 14 & OVER/BOTH CLASSES WILL
DRAW OUT TOGETHER
2. 13 & UNDER WILL GET 2 POINTS FOR ENTERING AND 14 OVER WILL GET 1 POINT FOR ENTERING
3. CAST WINNER GETS 1 POINT/NO CAST WIN POINT IF NO PLUS POINT ACST WINNER
4. POINTS WILL BE KEPT SEPARATE FOR THE 2 CLASSES
5. HUNT TO BE HELD AFTER CLUB MEETING ON 1ST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH. THIS YEAR HUNTS WILL BE HELD
FEB, MAR, APR, MAY, SEPT, OCT, AND NOV.
6. UKC RULES WITH 1 MODIFICATION THAT YOUTH CLASS CAN NOT BE SCRATCHED FOR OFF GAME
7. $10 ENTRY FEE WITH PAYBACK OF $10 ENTRY FEE TO CAST WINNER
8. 60 MIN CASTS
9. YOUTH HUNTER CLASS CAN HAVE ADULT COACH
10. OUR DEC 2025 MEETING WE WILL HAVE SUPPER AND GIVE OUT AWARDS. A MONOGRAMMED JACKET FOR 1ST
PLACE IN EACH CLASS BASED ON TOTAL ACCUMULATED POINTS FOR THE YEAR. POSSIBLE AWARD FOR OTHER
PLACEMENTS TO BE DETERMINED DEPENDANT ON MONEY BROUGHT IN.
11. IF NOT ENOUGH MONEY GENERATED TO PAY FOR THE 2 JACKETS, CLUB WILL PUT UP FUNDS NEEDED TO
COMPLETE PURCHASE
12. CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS PROGRAM IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE NEEDED
