If you still haven't placed your chick order this year, now is the time to do so! Hatcheries are backed up to Mid-May already, so if you are looking for a certain breed of chick, make sure to get your order in soon! As a reminder, we do have chick days as well, where you can come pick up chickens on a first come, first served basis, with our first chick day being April 16th. It is with great sadness that we must share the news that yesterday, our best friend Pumpkin has gone across the rainbow bridge to join his brother Fluff. Pumpkin was an amazing cat, friend, and gave the best hugs you could ever hope to receive. For 19 years, Pumpkin was able to bring joy to anyone who stopped into Fluegel's, he will be greatly missed by all of us.

Our First Chick Day is set! April 16th will be our first chick day, where we will be getting in chicks for sale including: Amberlinks, Brown Leg Horns, Buff Orpingtons, Red Stars, Rustic Reds, and Silver Laced Wyandottes! We will also have deals on chicken feed and supplies during the event, so make sure to mark your calendars, this will be a day you won't want to miss!

We are also still accepting Spring Chicken orders, hatcheries are already out a couple months on orders, so make sure to get your orders in soon to help ensure you get your orders this Spring!

Is your pet bored due to the cold? Make sure to have plenty of toys/treats to have on hand to keep them occupied and out of trouble! A bored dog is a naughty dog, so if they need to stretch their legs, bring them into Fluegel's! They are always welcome!

Don't forget to feed the birds this with the upcoming cold snap! Feeding the birds helps them survive the cold and keeps them healthy throughout the Winter. As always, we have a great selection of seed to help keep them flying! Have a great day and stay warm during the cold!
