Warning rant post

My landlord has always been a pos. I have fought with him and his management company on and off for 10 years trying to protect the outdoor cats here that they seem hell bent on harming. We have been successful. But there are new concerns coming to light. I am wondering if someone with a printer would be willing to print some tnr info off a website I give you and put in the mail to the management office. I can provide stamps and envelopes. I just don't have a printer or a car and walking to the outgoing mailbox isn't physically possible atm. Simply trying to politely educate. Let me know.

All done. Ty

Can anyone transport laundry bags from Rosemount to apple valley please? A gracious women offered to help do the laundry but she is home bound and can't transfer the bags.

Update all laundry has been picked up and is currently being washed. Ty to everyone that offered to help. I am grateful.
Hi

As many of you know my health hasn't been the best. This limits my energy levels considerably. Many of you also know that I have been massively cleaning out my home incase the unfortunate happens and I need to abruptly move. I primarily live alone. So to say the least, it's been a lot. I also am accustome to being the helper and not asking for help so this has been very hard. However, I am so grateful for everyone's support.

I am finding as I clean out the house. I have an unbelievable amount of dirty laundry. I simply need to get it washed so I can go through it. I was just curious if anyone would be willing to pick up some, wash it and re-bag in a garbage bag and leave on my front porch when done. This is an incredibly flexible arrangement. No deadlines and I don't need it back quickly. You don't need to take all by any means even 1 bag would help me conserve energy considerably. I do want to be transparent that dirty animal laundry is mixed in with normal laundry so I apologize ahead of time if it smells like cat p*e. My most important tasks is caring for the animals here. Sometimes laundry goes by the waste side. Also I am very allergic to GAIN laundry detergent. The reaction from mere touch, can be determinental to me. Any other brand is fine but I prefer dye and scent free for the critters but not a requirement by any means. Anyway, I just thought I would throw it out there if anyone has time to help. Again, this is a personal request and not an urgent emergency by any means. Thanks 4 reading and have a wonderful day.

Please share the post and help Gus find his forever family.

I would like to introduce you to Gus. He is a DSH black and white 1.5 year old intact male cat. He is a big beefy male Tom cat for those that love those. We are advocating for a direct adoptive home placement before considering a rescue. He is about as sweet as can be once comfortable but is a little shy around strangers at first. So he doesn't always show well for meet and greets. He is good with human children. He seems to like other cats so far. No exposure to dogs but I believe he would thrive with a respectful calm dog accustomed to being around kitties. He is a laid back and calm soul. Not real high energy. Doesn't seem to care much for toys but likes scratching posts. He really likes being on soft comfy surfaces. So he would have to be allowed on furniture. Gus has had an exam, fiv/feluk/hw test and was negative. He has recieved two rounds of the FVRCP feline combo vaccine, and his Rabies vaccine. He has been dewormed and he has recieved monthly topical flea and tick treatment and preventative since rescue. Gus does have a mass on his tummy that is simply an umbilical hernia. This can simply be repaired during nueter. Otherwise has a clean bill of health. I have vet records for the new owners that choose to adopt him. He is fully vetted except hernia repair and nueter. Rehoming fee applies.

Good news for Gus. Per the vet the mass on his tummy is simply an umbilical hernia. This is very common in cats. We are still waiting on other test results but Gus's future looks promising so far. Yay!!!

Possible transport request

There is a single mom in our community that is leaving a homeless shelter to move into her own place. I have a twin size mattress and box spring that I would like to give to her for free. She is located in West St. Paul. Anyone with a truck or a means of transporting the two mattresses? Text me if you can help 651-381-8207.

Please text me if you can help us, 651-381-8207.

Looking for an experienced trapper or tnr specialist that would be willing to discuss the possibility of a tnr project in Rosemount. It is time sensitive and urgent and would come with some supplies and resources immediately at your disposal. Please contact me by text if you want to discuss the details of the project. Hi everyone,

Quick update. It's been a rough few days with my health. However I managed to find secure placement for Sweetie Pie, Sky and Star. Than we are down to 4 rescue cats needing permanent placement. Calling all social media gurus. Please spread the word. Share this post. Sweetie Pie is still awaiting her next placement. It is urgent due to my own health issues that she finds safe haven asap. It is my sincere wish to advocate for direct adoptive placement for her. I want Sweetie Pie to go home for the holidays. This cat has had a long journey of being transferred from rescue to rescue. I dont want her to be bounced around anymore.

Sweetie Pie is a baby at only one year old now. She is extremely sweet and social. She has no bad habits. She likes human kids and people. She has never been even remotely aggressive. She doesn't like other cats and has had no exposure to dogs. She has a diva personality and would prefer to be an only pet. Bonus she is fully vetted minus Spay. She would thrive in any loving indoor home as long as she is the only child pet wise.

The only thing I ask her new adopter is for Thansgiving or Christmas to make her a plate of cat safe items and take a picture for me. She would love some turkey and ham lol. Please help me, help her and give her a home for the holidays. Anyone that wants to step up and believes they can give her the best life. Please text me asap, 651-381-8207. Thanks

For those that wish to contribute. Seeking donations to help cover vet bills.

I have had the following outstanding expenses.

1. Holly Quinn Euthnasia-I had to put my beloved resident dog down today-cost was $200.00.

2. Bae Jr.'s cremation-This was my stroke rat. He was my emotional support rat. I would like to get ashes back to put in a necklace so he can always be with me. Cost will be $145.00.

3. I have roughly a $355.00 balance for the rescue cats medical needs.

Anyone who wishes to make a financial donation can contact Shamrock Animal Hospital directly. The balance is under my account under Katy Jacobs.

You also may specify what balance you would like your donation to support.

Any remaining balance will be paid by me on December 3rd 2024.

Shamrock Animal Hospitals phone number is 651-423-3565.

Attached pictures are of Holly Quinn and Bae Jr.

Leonard-DSH black and white male-7 months old-came in extremely under socialized. He has made huge strides and just needs a little more socialization work to be ready for adoption. He is non aggressive but nervous, timid and a hider if allowed. He can be pet and sometimes even purrs. He has had 1 dose of the FVRCP vaccine, been dewormed and treated with monthly flea and tick. Would benefit from someone with experience socializing cats and somewhere he would have no time periods.

Star-DSH mostly black with decorative white trim lol-2 years old and female-a little shy but fairly social. Likes other cats and kittens. Been dewormed and treated with monthly flea and tick preventative.

We have a few additional I am still doing needs assessments on and will post as able.

I respectfully thank you for your consideration.
