We received a negative review today after turning someone away after they stated their Dog was exposed to kennel cough at another dog daycare. Just because we turn a dog away does not mean we have poor customer service, or are rude, or empathetic.

We have one goal, to keep the dogs in our care safe and healthy. A dog exposed to kennel cough has a 10 day intubation period, and is airborne for spreading. This was explained to the customer, and we even thanked them for letting us know so we could try and prevent it from spreading here.

Yelp does not allow us to attach photos or videos in our response, we will happily show the interaction between us and the client who left the review for anyone who would like to see it. There was no crying and no cold responses.

The last dog has officially left! We have had an amazing, almost 6 years, at our industrial location. Off to bigger and better things!

We will officially be reopen on 10/8 for boarding and daycare at our brand new location!

Thank you everyone for the support, and patience while we move to our new location. Closing for a week is NEVER easy, but we are excited for you all to see our new location.

We are extremely thankful for all of our clients. With that said, we are FULL for ALL OF JUNE AND JULY. Also, November & December are getting full too. If you are a CURRENT client and want November/December please get those in ASAP. If you send an email, phone call, text or booking request on line and you are Declined, do not take that personal and call us multiple times yelling at us. We are a business and want your business. However, we are full. Please understand that we are doing our best. If we are full and do not have availability that means we are full and have no place to put your pup. And screaming profanities at us will probably not help you next time either. 👍🏻

💔If you’ve been inside our lobby (pre-Covid) chances of you meeting Stanley are pretty high. Stanley hated to be in a kennel. He loved lemon Oreos and any food you were eating. Stanley , you will be very missed.

Please book your daycare no more than a week in advance, boarding can be booked out as far as you’d like! We currently have daycare Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Boarding is 7 days a week!
