Horses are such good medicine 🥰 it feels so good to be riding again. I'm super thankful that I'm finally used to my work schedule enough that I can get up and ride in the mornings before work. It was a little depressing getting my job at Peterbilt and having to quit training horses. Working evenings was hard to get used to, but I've finally adapted lol. I think working out every night and eating right and taking better care of my body has really given me more energy and improved my mental health as well ❤️🥰 I'll be taking in one outside horse a month throughout this summer. I think that's all I can handle at the moment, which is a good thing for the horse I'm riding! All my extra time, focus and energy outside of work can be put into that horse.
