Some nice weather for these kids to enjoy riding!!!
Bryn loves asking zero if he wants breakfast or dinner so he’ll nod.
Hawk washing his feet off to get them cleaned before the farrier comes.
Alabama rodeo this past weekend with the kids. These are the only pictures that were sent to me so far. If you have any please sent them to me and I’ll add to the post. It’s always crazy for me to get pictures I know I run around a lot trying to get from child to child to make sure they are ready, so I never get enough photos. Also I can only take selfies right now with my phone.
These kids amaze me every time they get on the horses, sheep or calf/steer. It can be exciting, scared and thrill seeking. But they always push through and do their best even when the animal is not doing it’s best. I’m so proud of each and everyone of them. I thank you parents for allowing me to be in their lives and get the opportunity to know them and teach them not only to ride horses but in Christ also in some cases. I try to make sure they all know that in these scared time turn to him and ask them to pray for the riders/horses that went down but only he can heal and keep safe in those situations. My students I’ve had longer usually go straight to praying because they know what I’m going to ask of them and the newer students are learning the same the more they are around each other. And I love that! I know while running to help one that the reach are with us spiritually.
Please continue to pray for safe travels til we finish this rodeo season and for safety of the children and horses. Also the soreness for the ones that will come off during mutton bustin and calf/steer riding. Thank you everyone for your support and god bless.
Thank you everyone for your support for all these kids! They all had a blast this summer enjoy camp and couldn’t have done it with god and your support! Congratulations to Shana Roberts for being the July raffle winner!!!
