Kangaroo was the first of the "Zoo Litter" pups to get adopted! She has a very sweet big canine sister named Ivy who loves her already! Her new mom and dad said, "We think you adopted us a bunny! The way she bounces is too funny. 😂We changed her name to Hope, and Ivy thinks she is a lap dog. 😂 We are all on the sofa and they are napping together with me right now. She is already and completely a member of the family. We are all in love with her. And Ivy has been amazing. She was playing and sharing her toys with Hope. She even let Hope win at tug of war! 😂 Thank you!"

We’re looking for foster homes for five of our adorable Zoo litter puppies: Chimp, Fox, Moose, Seal, and Tiger! These sweet pups need a safe and loving place to grow while they wait for their forever homes.

We need your helping hands this Saturday from 9 AM - 12 PM at Fayette County Animal Rescue! 🐾

We're organizing and cleaning our event shed & storage, and we’d love some extra help to get things in shape for future rescue events!

Volunteering with us is a great way to make a difference for our rescue animals while giving back to the community. Plus, it counts toward volunteer hours!

Our beautiful Biondi has been adopted and her mom sent us an update, "Her new name is Boomer-Biondi. She's been doing wonderfully! She's a huge sweetheart and super playful and she loves to cuddle with me and my roommate. She's been showered with new toys and attention from my other friends already, and she's excellent around strangers! The only difficulty we're having is grooming her, she thinks her brushes are toys also!! (Haha, we're working on it.) Apart from her iconic tail-curl, she also showed us her sploot-sit and polite crossed paws. I'm so happy I got to adopt such a sweet and quirky kitty. Thank you!!" Thanks also to Biondi's foster family who took such good care of her until she found her furever home!

**🐾 A Sweet Foster Day at the Vet! 🐾**

Today, our wonderful fosters Charly and Ellie took their foster puppies, Boq and Dillamond, to the vet—and it was a beautiful experience all around! Just look at those smiles—both human and canine! 🐶💖 It’s clear the puppies loved every moment of it. 🩺✨

A huge thank you to Somerville Animal Hospital for their incredible care and support. 🙏🐕 Your dedication to our shelter and rescue pets means the world to us, and we truly couldn’t do this without you.

We also want to shout out our amazing fosters who give so much love and care to these animals. 💕 They not only nurture and protect them but also help prepare them for their forever homes. 🏡🐾

We have a double kitten adoption to share with you! Siblings Hermy and Clarice were adopted together! Their human brothers were so excited to welcome them to the family. And we are so excited they have a loving home. We want to thank their foster mom and all of our fosters for taking care of our rescues while they wait on their furver home. Fayette County Animal Rescue is a no kill, non profit animal shelter serving Fayette County, TN. We have a physical shelter which is located on 5 beautiful acres in Rossville, TN. Our primary focus is helping animals in extreme cases of abuse, neglect, injury or abandonment. We house between 70-100 cats and dogs at our shelter and in foster homes.
