The holiday season is almost here, and we’re thrilled to announce our extended hours are starting on November 16th!

We’re here to help your pups look their best for all festivities! 🦃🎄✨

Here are a few quick reminders to make your visit smooth and stress-free.

Haircutting: Haircutting appointments are filling up fast! We’ll do our best to meet your timing needs. Keep in mind we are typically booked out 3-4 weeks in advance for all haircutting appointments 💈

Self-Wash Appointments Preferred: With limited tubs, we ask that you request appointments for self-wash to keep everything running smoothly and give you the space and time you need 🐶

Drop-off and Pick-Up Planning: Our space is limited, so please plan accordingly for prompt drop-off and pick-up as your dog’s appointment wraps up ⏰

Thank You for Your Patience: Our phones and emails get extra busy this time of year and our team is working very hard to accommodate everyone’s requests. We appreciate your patience with our responses as we do our best to connect with you as soon as possible 📞

Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel either by calling or responding x to your appointment confirmation text. If you are more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee. (This does not apply to self-wash or nail-only appointments).

Special Holiday Hours: We’ll close at 3 PM sharp on November 27th and December 24th to allow our hardworking team to enjoy the holidays with loved ones.
