Happy Wednesday!!! I, Kim, have decided I will no longer be sending out confirmation messages. If you make an appointment and you don't show up you will still be responsible for 100% of the appointment you missed. Yesterday it saddened me that 1/2 of the scheduled pups did not make their appointments. Even though all but 2 confirmed. The 2 unconfirmed said they didnt see the message. That was 7 spots that I could have filled. My helpers and I pay our bills and 7 no shows is huge to us. I have never had this many in all my years. 1 or 2 here and there but not 7. This is really devastating to me and I went back and forth on what to do or say. So I have just decided to let everyone be accountable for themselves. I love every single one of my clients and I hope moving forward things are better. I hope everyone enjoys their Independence Day tomorrow and we will see you back in shop on Friday!!💥💥💥

🩷🩷🩷 Friendly reminder 😘😘 Also, if you are more than 10 minutes late you need to reschedule. I have everyone scheduled to drop off spaced to get the baths started and everyone not be on top of each other. Beginning next week I will be sending out the long reminders again so please make sure to read it entirely. I've been in my new location going into my 4th year and this past 2 weeks I've still had people going to the old location among the other issues. Please don't take offense as the same message will be sent to everyone to cover everything. 🩷🩷🩷 Have a blessed weekend!

Just a friendly reminder. If you confirm your appointment and do not show up you are still responsible to pay IN FULL for your missed appointment. If YOU do not confirm your appointment by 8 pm the night before you do not have and appointment. I try to send reminders the evening before BUT if for some reason you don't receive one you still must confirm. If you confirm your appointment for multiple dogs the appointment is reserved for your dogs and others are turned away for those time spots. You are responsible to pay for each pup you confirmed for because of the reserved time. When I reserve time for your pup and turn others away that is a loss of income for me and my family. I have been having issues with these things even though they have been in place for many years. 2023 they will be strictly adhered to. Have a blessed day!
