We had a PAWESOME time at our adoption event last Saturday with our friends at 🫶🫶

We had a ton of amazing doggies looking for their forever homes come and hang out which was great to see them grow and socialize! 🥹

We ended up with THREE adoptions from the event which is so amazing and we can’t wait to share their stories later this week!🎉

But we have so many dogs still waiting for their forever homes or even fosters to get out of boarding, so if you can help us help these doggies, fill out applications for them❤️‍🩹

Linly has been in boarding for FOUR months, and she’s more than ready for a loving home! This petite 37 lb pittie may be blind in one eye, but that doesn’t slow her down—she loves fetch, going on runs, and meeting new people!

She’s looking for an adult-only home and would thrive with the right dog companion as she is a bit more dog selective. Linly walks great on a leash and is always ready for her next adventure!

Massimo has been stuck in boarding for weeks and weeks now and he is rapidly declining and becoming more and more depressed.💔

He cannot understand why he has to live in a cold loud kennel instead of a warm and loving home.🥺

🚗🇺🇸FREEDOM RIDE FOR SERGIO🚗🇺🇸

One of our longtime supporters came to us and asked if we could help Sergio. With an overcrowded shelter system, he was one of many on the euthanasia list for this week. We try to help where we can - so we sprung into action and saved him.🙏🏼

🐶This pocket pittie is about 1-2 years old and 45 lbs. We don’t know his whole story - but we’ve heard he has lived in a house before and knows basic commands. He has also shown to do well with dogs!

🐾Sergio is headed to board and train to work on his resource guarding and just make him an all-around A+ doggo! He’ll be available for adoption in 2-3 weeks, stay tuned for updates!

Polo is a two year old pittie mix that has been looking for a forever family with a foster until he had to be placed out of his foster home for not fully enjoying apartment life. Polo has a heart full of love and a personality full of life!

Shorty was in boarding for MONTHS and he’s been out for so long now and made so much progress we can’t have him go back there 🥺

Say hello to sweet Vienna!! 🐾

Vienna came under our care recently when she was found in Clayton County but the animal shelter was unable to take her in. Vienna is looking for her forever home now with us and she can’t wait to meet her new family! 🏡

Vienna is a one year old mixed pittie that loves car rides, other dogs, being in public and does well with cats. She’s a perfect pup that can walk well on the leash and is properly traimed and can handle being alone at home. A very cuddly and friendly girl, Vienna is very flexible with her energy levels and very responsive to her humans!!

Both of these boys have been stuck in boarding and to give them a better chance to find a furever home or a foster home, we NEED them at the event this Saturday.❤️‍🩹

Jennings needs a home!!! 🏡

Our sweet and gentle Jennings is still looking for his forever home. He is a 2 year old pittie and hound mix that has absolutely no aggression towards other dogs and gets along great with kids!! Jennings was believed to be dumped or abandoned until we found and rescued him and put him under extensive medical care but he is doing much better now - he would do even better, however, in a loving and caring forever home! 🐾

He walks well on the leash and is very playful and curious. Jennings is the greatest pup that is more than excited to meet his forever family, adopt him today!

We have 5 dogs in boarding right now. This means they aren’t getting the enrichment, decompression, or visibility they desperately need to put them on a pathway to adoption.💔

It also means we have to reallocate resources to boarding expenses, instead of helping more dogs in need.

Polo is unfortunately now in boarding due to not acclimating to high rise apartment living with his foster.💔 So we took him for a dog day out on #takemeouttuesday 🎉This boy is so sweet, and is trained, but needs a person that will keep up with it!!!Dogs aren’t perfect and they certainly don’t retain their training if it’s not engrained into their daily routine. Polo deserves someone who’s willing to put in the work - and he’s so worth it!🧡🐾If you can be a foster hero for Polo apply today Tillie Carrara will provide discounted training for his adopters as well!!! 🐶🙏🏼

Our Story

We are a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing injured, abused, and neglected dogs from high-kill shelters and off the streets who have not been saved by other rescue groups. By no fault of their own, these dogs are homeless and hopeless on death row on euthanization lists. We are 100% volunteer run and 100% donor-funded.

Given the severity of the injuries and issues with the dogs we rescue, our vet bill are high. We value dogs of all breeds and are not breed-specific.
