This year, as we close out our first season of hosting a at . It’s a dream that wouldn’t exist without Moxie, the heart and soul behind everything we’ve built. Earlier this month, we said goodbye to our sweet girl as she crossed the rainbow bridge, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire us every day.
We bought our home with Moxie in mind, determined to give her the golden years she deserved. Moxie loved to swim, and we promised her a pool where she could paddle to her heart’s content. For three wonderful years here, she did just that, surrounded by love and the safety she needed.
Moxie’s journey wasn’t always easy. She was fearful and reactive toward other dogs after a series of tough experiences. But we vowed to create a space where she could roam freely, enjoy nature, and simply be herself—without the fear of off-leash dogs. We kept that promise, and in doing so, we learned just how much these spaces matter, not just for Moxie but for so many dogs like her.
is her legacy. It’s a place where dogs can sniff, run, play, swim, and be their truest selves in safety and peace. Moxie taught us that every dog deserves a space like this, and we’re honored to continue offering it in her memory.
