I have been agonizing about how to publish this so I just have to do it, I have decided to take a break from grooming and it may be permanent. Since my only child Colton passed away things have changed so much and it has taken a major toll on me. For right now I just can’t groom and I am so very sorry. Thank you for all the years of trusting me with your fur babies! I truly love each and every one of you!

I’m so happy to announce I’m grooming again and it’s been going well so I’m taking appointments. I do ask that you be patient. I know a lot of people have been waiting for me so there will be a lot of people scheduling right away and I don’t want to over extend myself so if I can’t get you in right away I apologize. I can’t wait to see all of my furry friends!! Thank you all for coming back!!

I just wanted to let everyone know I have decided to take a little time off. Most of you know my son took his life in July and I’m just having some trouble adjusting to life without him. I need a little time to figure out this life and how to function without my only child. I’m so very sorry for the inconvenience, I know with the groomer shortage this is a terrible thing to do but I’m just not functioning right now. I’m hoping not to take a very long time but I can’t predict at this point. I want to say thank you so much to each and every one of you who has reached out with love and support, it has truly been amazing what this community has done for me. I also want to acknowledge my wonderful mother. My mom is a retired nurse and when I started grooming she started right along with me, we learned together and she has groomed beside me almost the entire time. Not for money or recognition just to support me. She is amazing and an amazing groomer. I want to give her a huge thank you!!! Without her during this time I wouldn’t have been able to do even one dog. She is my rock and has held me up. She raised Colton along with me since his father wasn’t around and I think she spent even more time with him than I did and this hurts her every bit as much, but true to her nature she has set aside her feelings to support me and there isn’t even anything that would be enough to thank her. I love you so much mom and thank you for everything!! I’ll be back as soon as I can everyone!!

I just want to let everyone know I’m not going to be posting nearly as many pictures any more. I’ll probably only post once in a while. I’m sorry for those of you who love the photos but with the death of my son last month I have good days and bad days and the less I have on my plate the better. I just didn’t want anyone to think no pictures meant I wasn’t grooming. I’m still grooming and fine I just won’t be posting a ton of pictures. Thank you for understanding.
