Welcome to Meadowview Ranch!!
Found out after this video that I am going to have to split this up into parts because I just have so much to say. Stay tuned for part 2!!
Who was my heart horse? That would be my beautiful Fancy girl. This horse taught me how to be a good rider. How to be patient. And how to truly understand a horse…a from personality to what I needed to do as a rider and trainer. Wish you guys could have known her. Because she was beautiful and full of spirit. And she was my best friend till the day she took her last breath.
Let’s start our Meadowview Garden!!
A little flash back to when we first brought home our little ducks. They are not that little anymore…will get an update picture soon.
Just a video of Ranger coming in.
Co-Signed at BLS Sale.
This is Ranger’s second time working with a tarp. First time we just worked on walking over it and he took it like champ. Walked over it like a seasoned horse. So, we amped up the tarp training by having him following it, and having it touch him on his shoulders. I can see this tarp being swang on him by Sale day. Ranger is a coming two year old and will be ready to start your way. He will make a great Ranch Horse or Rope Horse Prospect.
More videos to come.
This horse is going to be exposed to so many things. Our baby is doing his night chores to make sure Ranger is fed. Hubby and I talked about getting a wagon to put in the back of his side by side
I don’t think there is much that scares this horse
It’s log tipping…not cow tipping
You don’t find many horses like this. Especially, ones that came out of the wild.
Sorry about the big smiley. But protecting my babies identity.
Following a feel is super important. You want to get your horse to think rather than react. Reacting can causing a lot of accidents for either horse or rider...sometimes both.
Here is a video of Slim problem solving his way out of the ropes.
