Sweet Monty has grown up so quickly this year. From 2.5 pounds, to zooming everywhere, to making friends. He’s getting big now but he still loves his human friends and all the belly rubs.
He even still comes running if we call his name. Here’s to living your best life Monty! 💛💛

These sweet boys enjoyed a nice bath and are feeling much better. Life is pretty good here at the sanctuary for these boys. They get plenty of fresh hay, food, and lots of attention.

The piglets are feeling much better after getting their first treatments for mange. Pretty soon the itching and scratching will go away completely. 💛💛

Can you imagine being a baby and try to survive the rain and cold?
These two piglets were found as strays by animal control. Running alone in the rain and cold while trying to fight off the red and itchy mange covering their bodies.
They are here now. Safe. Receiving the treatment they need. They have cozy hay, shelter from the rain, and meals come twice a day like clockwork.

Sweet Nora was born here at the sanctuary in March. She’s not so little anymore but she still love scratches and snuggles.

We made it! The babies have turned 8 weeks old. From near death, orphaned, and unwanted they have survived all the world could throw at them.
Now that the babies have reached this milestone it’s time for Nova and Keiko to be neutered! We will be doing it here on our onsite clinic. So it should be fairly quick, easy, and the babies will be back in their cozy beds in no time.

Kate and I walk through the woods here at the sanctuary from time to time. We have an abundance of oyster mushrooms growing on this property. Without fail we always find a few friends that want to take a walk with us. 💛💛
