ANNOUNCEMENT: For the last 12 years I have had the pleasure of owning Bingo Pet Salon. In 2016, a friend and I opened the Bingo Institute of Grooming. And this past year Clinton and I took on the task of opening Bingo Pet Salon - Hazel Park. Over the holidays, I made the difficult decision to resign my position at the school and close down the shops.

As many already know, my mom has been in liver failure for the past 6+ years. In recent times her health has taken a turn for the worse. The doctors have pushed for a transplant, and I have decided that as long as all tests go well, and I am a candidate, that I am going to donate a portion of my liver to her. This time of my life I have chosen to focus on my health and helping my mom.

The shops last day of operation under the Bingo Pet Salon name will be Friday, January 26th. But don’t worry, a new owner will be reopening both salons under a new name. Information will be updated as the new ownership provides.

It has been the honor of my life to work with my staff, both current and past. Everyone has touched my life in ways I will never forget. I have so many wonderful memories to carry with me into this next phase.

And to everyone who has entrusted us with your beautiful furkids, I say a heartfelt THANK YOU. Through ups and downs, a global pandemic, societal changes, an economic downturn, you always stuck with us and supported us as a part of the community and your family.

We are booked for haircuts, but could still get in some bath dogs or some bath and brushouts if needed. We will be open Tuesday-Saturday next week if you need a full groom before the new year.

Did you know that our sister salon, Bingo Pet Salon - Hazel Park does full service cat grooming? They offer full grooms on cats the first Thursday and third Sunday each month. They are currently booking for MAY. We do offer cat nail trims as a walk-in service between 8am-2pm at Royal Oak.

Proceeds from sales go towards our rescue groom program, BingoCares, which allows us to offer free grooming services to rescues and shelters.
