My response to someone that has NEVER STAPPED FOOT in my practice, but took the time to write several paragraphs and leave a single star review…I have responded…

I would have reached out personally to you to discuss your concerns, as you have left the only one star review since starting my business from the ground up, after losing two veterinary practices that I built with my entire life savings in New York to superstorm Sandy…I was open for 10 days total and completely devastated with 6 feet of sewage and salt water…insurance denied any claim. I returned to my home town of Palm Beach County…where I restarted my veterinary journey.

Since you claim to be so well intertwined within the veterinary field, I am sure you’re well aware that veterinarians suffer from the highest su***de rates nationwide… I was there.

I have no shame as I was able to build myself back up and finally with the guidance of other colleagues and amazing clients.. my spark returned. I then built my practice from the ground up…one moment, one day, one year, one instrument, one client, one patient at a time. I have absolutely no staff by design and see one client/patient at a time so they have freedom through the entire practice…I have amazing clients and amazing patients. They are all welcome to contact me directly 24/7 365 days a year for any concern or question they may have.

You, unfortunately do not know any of these fine details as you have never been a client. You have no idea who I am, or how I practice. Somehow you have ample time to trash talk a small, single doctor veterinary practice with false accusation and comparisons to your ‘famous high end LA celebrity veterinarian’. Thankfully not all of us are so blessed with all the time in the world to say whatever we want without filter much less a conscience or manners to act accordingly.

Had I been in a different place…your review would have my tipping point to end it all. But I have to thank you for your animosity and persecution of someone that is now stronger than ever…because it clearly displays there are still people out there that are willing to try and bully others.

Clarity is the freedom from all negativity…so let me be crystal clear…

Lisa Weinstock, You actually would not be accepted as a client to my practice, as we only accept clients that are judgement free and do not spread false narratives.

So we can agree..there is no love lost here.

Shame on you for trolling a business you have NEVER been to.

It’s a shame that you have nothing better to do than troll my business and leave a one star review. You have NO idea who I am or how i run my business. You have even stated that you have NEVER BEEN TO MY BUSINESS…yet feel that the over 130 5 star reviews and patients that I HAVE helped simply isn’t good enough for your high standards.

That is ok…we all see you.

I hope your holidays work out better for you that today did…your obviously not having a good day.

I was left a ONE STAR REVIEW by this person who NEVER CAME TO MY PRACTICE but is upset that I educate those that chose to breed responsibly.

There will ALWAYS be breeders, and there should ALWAYS be guidance from a veterinarian in doing so.

By slamming the door in EVERY DOG OWNERS FACE…can you imagine what would happen to those animals?

Did you get a new puppy? Thinking about getting a puppy?

Has the puppy been to a veterinarian to ensure YOU are getting a healthy puppy?

Be sure they have been examined by a veterinarian, deemed healthy by that veterinarian and given vaccines by a veterinarian…unless an owner/breeder is a veterinarian, they are not medically trained nor is it acceptable by law that a non medically trained person is qualified to deem a dog healthy to be able to be vaccinated.

99% of veterinarians will NOT ACCEPT vaccines given by anyone other than a veterinarian.

Prince has found his favorite spot! At AcuVetDoc, we have a designated Fear Free room that is used for those patients that need some extra time to get used to a new environment. We also use this room for shockwave, acupuncture, 'chiropractic' and multimodal therapy sessions.

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? A BAER ( brainstem auditory evoked response) test is a test that evaluates the ability to hear. Some breeds, like in the photo ( one of my own Dogo Argentino puppies) can have a genetic predisposition for deafness. It is imperative that if you are thinking of getting a breed that has this predisposition to possibly be deaf, that you are aware if a BAER test has been done and what the results are. Deafness can be both ears or one. A deaf dog can learn hand signals and be trained with a vibration collar!

Someone is trying to make eye contact!

Corneal ulcers are diagnosed by using a glowing stain after the eye has been anesthetized. A positive glow indicates a corneal ulcer. Corneal ulcers are secondary to a trauma of some sort, eyelash poking at the surface of the eye, a foreign object such as a tree or shrub branch, sand or dirt, cat scratch, shampoos accidentally getting into the eye etc. Corneal ulcers can take some time to heal and need immediate treatment to avoid further damage and possibly losing the eye itself. Treatment is aggressive and frequent; often including an e collar, several medication in the eye every few hours as well as oral medication. Recheck appointments are often every two to three days to monitor healing.

Did you know there is a once a month injection for Canine Arthritis? I would not recommend a product for your pet that I wouldn't use on my own. I have used this injection on my 130lb Dogo, Jiron. He had severe arthritis of his left shoulder and had an obvious limp. Within 3-4 days, he was trotting up the sidewalk to come in the house, he was happier and moved around much easier...I currently have approximately 30 patients on this injection regularly and all owners report either their dog is moving better and seems more comfortable to status quo with no decline in clinical signs to an absolute game changer.

What is happening in this picture?

Do you use a training collar with contact points? The collar is meant to be worn tightly but precautions need to be made. This collar needs some time off. Worn only while training and/or worktime.Keep it dry! Be sure to keep the area clean and dry as heat and moisture can inflame skin and can cause a rash. In the case in the photo below, the collar was wet from the dog playing with water and then kept on to long while wet.
