Gus is looking for a new home.
He is a two year-old Catahoula Doberman mix. Gus is very sweet, loves cuddles, pets, walks, and he would be your best friend on a hiking adventure. He is very food motivated and loves a good treat. Gus is housebroken, leash trained, crate trained, and knows simple commands. Gus also lives with cats, he enjoys playing with the cats. Gus can be a little shy around children and needs time to warm up to them. Looking for a home without male dogs.
If you have any questions please call (214) 908-5244.

Royse City Animal Shelter and Adoption Center

The Royse City Animal Shelter is much more than just a shelter. It’s a place where dedicated professionals and volunteers share their commitment, passion and talent to help the animals and people of Royse City.

The Royse City Animal Shelter operates a companion animal shelter and adoption center that houses roughly 500 animals per year. With the help of staff and our volunteers, we provide a caring, clean, and loving environment to animals in need.

Our vision is to provide every adoptable companion animal a home, to reunite lost pet companions with their family as quickly as possible, and to provide kindness and care to animals in need while in our care.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond through adoption, reunification, vaccinations, and spay/neuter awareness.
