If you are looking for a barn to provide quality care and feed for your biggest four legged friend contact us! We have all but 3 of our 22 stalls filled. Now accepting applicants to fill these spots!

Located in Ruffin, N.C. on Worsham Mill Road, with easy access on/off US 29, 10 minutes south of Danville and 15 minutes north of Greensboro. We are providing clients and horses with our Showcase Barn equipped with individual stall lights, a hot/cold wash pit., secured tack room, large outside arena, round pen, covered arena, hotwalker, safe fencing all on 105 acres. As if that is not enough, we are providing 24/7 onsite employees and all of this behind a beautiful gate. This includes feeding twice a day, hay, blanketing, and turn in/out. Our pastures are equipped with run in shelters and Richie Water Feeders. We are tailoring our boarding to the needs of you and your horse. Retirement horses are welcome. Wolf Island Stables is committed to a pleasurable environment with mature horsemanship skills. Very clean, well managed, with friendly staff.

Wolf Island Stables has openings for stall board. We are conveniently located just north of Greensboro easy access off of us 29  just south of Danville, VA. We have a beautiful insulated barn, outdoor arena  as well as a small covered arena, hot walker trails, and good fencing. We are looking mature, experienced horseman or those that are willing to learn. We have numerous trainers on the facility as well as experienced staff.  We do not want drama. We are a friendly facility with friendly borders that all get along. There’s no judgemental behaviors. The owner has over 40 years of experience with horses. This is a very safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.  cover shelter is provided for your horse trailers as well.. you’re welcome to come speak to our borders and our vets. We have been accepting horses from Massachusetts as well as Florida for retirement Check us out online or give us a call 252-725-4745. You are more than welcome to show up anytime to see the care and the cleanliness of our facility. Without being prepared for the next potential client.

Let me clarify when I say stall boarding. Your horses are turned out daily. We put our eyes and hands on your horse daily. Your horse has a stall assigned them in an increment weather we bring them in. If you’re tired of your horse, standing in manure in mud if you’re tired of your horse, not getting the proper carry deserves and needs give us a call!
