Grooming salon looking for a front desk receptionist/bather in Rustburg, VA! Must love dogs! Previous professional experience working with animals is a plus but not required. Looking for an upbeat, positive hard worker who will go the extra mile to keep our salon a safe, clean and stress-free environment.

Responsibilities include
- checking dogs in
- bathing and blow drying dogs
- scheduling appointments
- taking payments
- answering phone calls
- laundry
- everyday cleaning duties

This position is flexible and hours will vary, but typically Tuesday-Friday and must be able to work one Saturday a month. Pay is hourly plus tips. This position will be available to start mid September. If interested please email resumes to [email protected]

The best coffee! 😋☕

Tomorrow is the day we have all been waiting for!

Stop by from 6:30-2:00 for our soft opening! We are located at 556 Village Hwy in Rustburg!

We will also be open Friday from 6:30-2:00, and Saturday from 8-12:00!

We will have pastries from Fathers Cafe & Bakery. 🍩

Ice cream sandwiches will be available from Rookies! Chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream, and my favorite…chocolate chip cookie with espresso ice cream. 🍦

We will also be serving bagels with cream cheese! We have original & everything. 🥯

I am so excited for you all to come see our new place. It has been a long journey for us, and the hard work is finally paying off.

Please be kind to my amazing baristas. They have been training the past three days to be better able to serve each of you. This is new for them, and for us. So show them patience and give them grace. Welcome them with open arms to OUR amazing little village in the “Burg”.

None of this would be possible if it was not for all of your support over the past 4 years! You all have not only helped me grown this small business, but you all have changed my life forever. The relationships I have created mean more to me then you all will ever know. Days when I was battling my cancer journey through the scans, surgery’s, and doctors appointments, you all brought so much light to my life. I enjoy our conversations, our inside jokes, and most of all the relationship. When I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in 2018, I would ask God “why me”? Now I know why. Without cancer I would have never started this coffee journey. When cancer was once a sad thought for me, you all changed it into a happy one. I never ask God why me anymore, I simply smile and say thank you. I love all of you so much, and I can’t wait for you all to build those relationships with my new baristas. And of course I will still be serving up some coffee too 😉.

There will be someone outside in the morning helping to navigate this drive thru. There still needs to be some work done to some of the entrances, and that is on our to do list 😉. So please not only be patient and respectful to us, but also to one another as you come by.

Cheers to not freezing my butt off anymore, or sweating in the summer heat 🥶🥵🤣
