Messages have been sent. My days next week have been filled for the most part. Let me know asap if you want next week if you received a message. I will be operating longer than normal hours on days I can to help accommodate for all the pups and I’ll have a helper. Reminder staggering and overlapping will happen more than usual to help accommodate all dogs. Please be kind and patient with my time. Thank you all and I hope everyone is in a good place.

Pet Xpress has power!!!! I still do not have internet, I will do my best to navigate my schedule on the business phone. If you were canceled during my power outage I will be reaching out. I will also be reaching out to all clients booked for next week looking to confirm your situation is available to bring your pet. I know I have lake lure area clients. None of this will be held against any client that have been evacuated/dont have gas/ no job to pay for grooming services/have total loss and can’t communicate with me etc. communication is key for those that can and now that I have power I can more easily communicate via text 305-5989. Service is still spotty/delayed.

As of now I still do not have power. It is unfortunate to say that I will be closed tomorrow as well. I am hoping to return to open status next week. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have service but no power. I have canceled all Monday appointments. I will cancel around noon the day prior to your appointment. I will not reschedule anything until I know more and have a plan in place. A few things to expect:

1: Rescheduled appointments will only be available for hours that I physically can do.
2: All grooming will be overlapped and will NOT be done in a timely manor. If this does not work for you, cancel your appointment.
3:The next two weeks if you pressure me over time your dog will be finished immediately, you will be charged for what I have completed and you will find another groomer.
4: PLEASE respect my time and my physical ability. I will be lucky to even be able to groom after the ten trees I need to clear with my family.
5:Communication will be key. We all have service now so NO SHOWS will have all future appointments canceled until the missed appointment is paid for.

I hope everyone stays safe and has less destruction than we do here in Ruth. ❤️

With six weeks left until Halloween I will be transitioning between fall and Halloween backdrops. Please let me know if you have a preference. I will transition to Christmas photos the week of November 18th this year. 4-5 week or less cleints will receive a thanksgiving digital photo automatically for their November appointment. All appointments are booked until 2025. Please message me 828-305-5989 if you are unsure if you have an appointment. Routine clients only. All others can message me to go on week by week wait lists. Please be specific in the week you request and time you are available. I will do my best to make accommodations after my routine clients are all taken care of.

Pricing has increased! Pricing is now based on expected time based on breed, coat type, length and condition as well as weight. Add-On’s requested are additional as well. Basic services are priced on a routine maintenance of 6 weeks or less. Xpress appointments are available for an additional fee if you want me to work exclusively on your pet from start to finish.

Reminder:NO SHOWS are to be paid in full prior to receiving another appointment. This is #3 is the service agreement all clients sign prior to being a client at this establishment. If you need me to send you a copy of this I will be happy to send a copy of this form.

Good morning, as some of you know I have opened up my schedule. I have been accepting new client intake forms for February. Please note* I will not keep new clients open for long, once I am full I will need to put new clients on hold again, possibly until next February. Thank you all for the continued support. Good morning Pet Xpress family, I have decided to close off ALL new client intake forms. I have quite a few clients that need their pets for comfort at this time. Those pets are my priority to find a spot on my schedule. Going into the holidays will reflect the same. I would like to continue to be able to shift to accommodate as unforeseen events happen. I understand I have quite a few intake forms that I have not been able to accept. My JJ posing for our fall apples backdrop. I’ll be doing this backdrop until mid November at which time I will move into a Christmas backdrop early to ensure 6 weeks of Christmas photos 🙂 . I encourage everyone to upgrade to Essentials Spa package which includes the digital photo, nail grinding, glands as well as upgraded shampoo and conditioner for only $10. I will continue to do my best to keep costs low and keep up with my passion of being able to do the little extras that unfortunately are costing me quite a bit more to continue providing.
