Winters in Vermont can be real tough on our dog's paws. It's not just the cold we have to worry about but all the salt and chemical ice melters can harm our pups' health. It can cause chemical burns on their pads as well as be harmful to their health if they lick their paws and ingest it. Charlie's owners have decided that booties are the safest option for their pooch who goes for daily walks and hikes. Charlie worked on getting used to his new booties today at school!
