I have decided to not take anything else in this year since my arthritis in my hands has been giving me lots of issues. I also deal with bad Fibromyalgia that I've had for quite a few years now. I'm going to take the season off I guess and see how things are going next fall with the arthritis. My main concern and my doctors is that continued use of my hands is going to make me loose all grip and at 54 it's to young, this is my 29th year of taxidermy so the same repetitive use has lead to the osteoarthritis in my hands.
