An anerythristic (black and white) Kenyan Sand Boa deep in "blue". This phase of the shed cycle is when the old skin is lifted up by a thin layer of fluid, preparing it to be able to be sloughed off and revealing the new skin underneath.

Check out the subtle patterns of this sand boa under the light paradox blotches. The name "whiteout" has been used by some to describe this morph combo. With how variable it can be and the addition of even more genes in some individuals makes it a bit confusing. This is why I keep detailed records listing each gene to help alleviate the fancy name confusion. With time and proven genetics a concrete name can eventually become universally used.
