Mason’s Place is our clean, safe sanctuary for rescued stray cats. Check out our video to take a peak inside. Our place gives the strays a better future. Your support makes this place possible. Please remember us on the Big Day of Giving, May 5th. Thank you.
We are excited to announce that the Animal Rescue League is participating again this year in the Big Day of Giving on May 5th. 100% of the funds raised go toward helping the stray and the abandon animals in our community. Being a No-Kill Sanctuary we provide a safe haven for the life of the animal if not adopted to a forever home. Did you know that you don't have to wait to donate? Early GIVING begins - Thursday, April 24 at https://www.bigdayofgiving.org/organization/animalrescueleague
Lori and her older babies were abandoned and left outside to survive on their own. Recently, she suffered a serious stroke. We believe all animals have value and deserves a chance at life. Your support and generosity to our organization has given Lori the opportunity to have a safe, caring and loving place to call her home for the rest of her natural life...so if you wonder whether or not you make a difference....Lori will let you know you have. She's a kisser!
Arlo with his slippers
Here's a little MIRACLE! UPDATE - In our previous post we indicated that Arlo was rescued with undeveloped rear feet. It is so exciting to see him learning to walk without pain. Many thanks to OrthoPets.com who made the device and Dr. McKinstry at Franklin Ranch Pet Hospital who provided the specs of his feet for the slippers. It is going to take some time for him to adjust and that's okay. The thought of him (1) having the ability to walk on all 4-legs without pain and (2) no longer having to drag his lower body on the ground to get around just touches our hearts. Here is what your support helps us do for the animals in our care.
Please donation to http://www.arlcalif.org/ so we can help other animals one at a time. We can't do it alone. We need your help.
Thank you for your support.
Missy our cancer survivor
Missy was abandoned but sweet as pie. She is our cancer survior and is doing well...waiting for her forever family. She is alive because of your generous donations. Help us save more lives. Donate today. https://www.bigdayofgiving.org/animalrescueleague
Mommy and babies
This is why ARL is a home-like, no-kill sanctuary. We provide a safe haven so the abandoned animals can thrive. This stray was found near American River College in a nearby neighborhood malnournished and crying. No microship was found. The next day at the vet's office we discovered she was pregnant and shortly after the babies were born. How PRECIOUS.
