Now that Im starting back into Crossfit, this last 8week block has been simply amazing. Not only did I Pr both my sn**ch and C&j but I really had some technical breakthroughs with my lifting.

I also set out to put as much muscle on my legs and posterior as possible. I havent done 1 pullup for two months. Everything Iv gained in my posterior came from deficit Clean & Sn**ch DLs, floating DLs, and DL pauses. Done at very heavy weight (for me) and intense every time.

I wanted to go 12 weeks and finish the whole mezo block but my body is starting to breakdown and seems like im dealing with a new tweak every week. So, now is the time to switch it up and start giving my body more variety.

Eating schedule

meal 1. 4-5 eggs with toast, bacon, or another protein source.

Meal 2. Veggies and protein.

Meal 3. Carbs white rice protein steak, chicken, and veggies.

Meal 4. Almost anything I can get my hands on. Protein bars, sandwich, tacos. Lol

Meal 5 dinner carbs, fats, and protein.

Meal 6 high calorie protein shake about 50gs.

Monday though Monday for 8 weeks straight.

Pink salt in my morning 32 oz or water and I drink about 130ish oz per day.

… now if I can keep it while still doing everything Cfers do Ill be happy because thats another challenge in its self.

Its be scortching these last few days here in northern Ca. So all of our walks been and just keeping schedule. 2+ miles a day and get back home to beat the heat.

Lucky we have a little delta breezs this morning and we can enjoy our walk and do a little training!

What’s up Bully fam!!! Meet Duke! A six month old exotic bully here for some training. Hes more so of a blank slate, in that he doesn’t know any commands but he also doesn’t have “problems” that I have to sort out as Im working with him. You will be seeing a lot of him for the next two weeks without a doubt.

I truly am so proud of my little girl Payten. She was so adamant about competing this past weekend she wouldn’t take no for an answer. There was a chance that Shady wouldn’t be able to compete and she just went right down the line of who she could show.

Grch Vita, Ch. Roadie, Ch. baby, El Co, Voo Doo, Handsome. When those werent an option she had the idea to call our family John and Kiera up an ask if she could handle one of their dogs. Lol

She was going to compete this weekend no matter what. Luckily I got Shady all sorted out and she did so good! Even took a reserve best Jr Handler which is amazing. Daddy loves you sweet heart!

Wow, what a weekend!!! Apollo at just over a year old has achieved the requirements to be titled a abkc Champion! If I know one thing its this. Wait until that boy comes out when he matures!!!!! So happy for him and his owners who put so much effort into their big baby boy!

So I train dogs from 6am to 12pm then I go to the gym but this time since I coach at the best gym in Elk Grove I can take my training client to the gym and work in training in between work outs. BUT my gym is FULL of dog lovers and trust me when I say they WHERE NOT happy about my sign. 😂😂 #

Sometimes I wake up and night and I cant fall back asleep. The reason is what pops in my mind is one day, today, tomorrow, or 60 years from now Ill no longer be on this earth. I rack my brain trying to find solace except I can’t.

The ONE thought that allows me to go to sleep is that I will live on through my children. What they learn, how they act, the values they have, and the memories Ill leave with them.

Im here to make as many amazing memories as I can while I can! I love you forever.

This pretty pretty girl is named Mira! She is 7 months old and she is now training with us. Iv already been walking her so she walks really really well but she LOVEEES to force her self on you when jumping and she doesn’t like to stop. Also she very very shy when she sees new people. So behavior modification is going to be big with her as well just basic puppy training.

Two miles a day keeps me sane. Lol If i miss just one day of walking these pups and they just get yard time. Its none stop barking, and messy kennels. Haha I really do hate puppies and love them at the same time. Haha

So ive literally been on the GO GO GO, but I had to stop for a second today and give a special thank you to my old friend for allowing us to get a breeding done with none other than Grch King Kilo! When I seen this boy in person I couldn’t help but to be impressed! Thanks man, and I cannot wait to see what he and Champion Roadie produce!!

I walk my three favorite knuckled heads about 3 ish miles every two days to keep them from driving their owners up the walls. Lol I trained Apollo and Kaia since they were 5 months old and their sister will be coming to camp next month.

Anyways safe to say Im as protective over them as I am my own dogs. So when I seen this lady playing fetch with her golden off leash I yell leash, before the dog noticed us.

Well she puts her dog on a leash and as we are going by, the dog is barking and acting more or less playful.

Then she says “are your dogs aggressive?” Implying I asked her to put her dog on a leash because my dogs are aggressive… I replied “no, but if you dog came up to mine and yours got mauled it would be your fault and you would be paying my vet bills.”

How can you think sweet faces like these are aggressive? Yea they’re well over 100 pounds now but cmon. Haha

Welp, another day is gone, another problem is solved. What did it cost? Everything! I got bit, I had 2 hours of sleep for 4-5 days straight, BUT I accomplished what I set out to. To say that this little guys was BOUNCING off the walls when he first came is an understatement. Luckly I love what I do, so 24/7 is a small price to pay to help a family with their dearest loved ones.

Thee Bullcos Da Baby just living his best life. Lol the most gentle and tolerant dog on the yard. I trust him around any dog. I think we will bring him back out to compete for a GRCH tittle when he turns two at the end of the year.

Shady is the most intolerant dog on my yard. Couple that with him being a frenchie…… hes can be a real Mcasshole. So Cash being able to be calm and respectful around Shady without causing Shady to snap or start a fight tells me just how far Cash has come. Two intact high energy males kicking it together is really really amazing to see!

Morning!! Happy Monday. Well, cash and his little sister Dolly have been here for a whole week now and they may look innocent (they are) but they were also OFF THE WALLS. Lol Since cash came with extreme anxiety it’s natural his little sis whom follows him everywhere started exhibiting the same exact traits.

Luckily I’m the best bully breed trainer there is. Haha for the last week I’ve been up every two hours every single night either letting them out, cleaning Dollys kennel or just sitting in front of them showing them that it’s ok to be in their kennel while it’s bed time.

Keeping Cash engaged with the training while bringing down his stress levels it’s a challenge but im here for it!

Isn’t Dolly the cutest little thing you’ve ever seen? Haha

Left a little before 1 am this morning to Oak Int. When we got there I took Baby for a walk for about 30 mins at 3am. He was in good spirits as I checked him in. Not gonna lie, I always say it doesn’t bother me when a dog leaves my home. But in reality thats what I have to tell myself on order to let go. When one of my pups or dogs leaves my care I don’t ever say goodbye. I doesn’t make it easier, just makes it tolerable. I know that when he gets to where hes going he will be loved and cared for with his own family and that too brings me some solace. So for now ill see you later Baby! Love you buddy. 6am now.
