Now that Im starting back into Crossfit, this last 8week block has been simply amazing. Not only did I Pr both my sn**ch and C&j but I really had some technical breakthroughs with my lifting.
I also set out to put as much muscle on my legs and posterior as possible. I havent done 1 pullup for two months. Everything Iv gained in my posterior came from deficit Clean & Sn**ch DLs, floating DLs, and DL pauses. Done at very heavy weight (for me) and intense every time.
I wanted to go 12 weeks and finish the whole mezo block but my body is starting to breakdown and seems like im dealing with a new tweak every week. So, now is the time to switch it up and start giving my body more variety.
Eating schedule
meal 1. 4-5 eggs with toast, bacon, or another protein source.
Meal 2. Veggies and protein.
Meal 3. Carbs white rice protein steak, chicken, and veggies.
Meal 4. Almost anything I can get my hands on. Protein bars, sandwich, tacos. Lol
Meal 5 dinner carbs, fats, and protein.
Meal 6 high calorie protein shake about 50gs.
Monday though Monday for 8 weeks straight.
Pink salt in my morning 32 oz or water and I drink about 130ish oz per day.
… now if I can keep it while still doing everything Cfers do Ill be happy because thats another challenge in its self.
