3 tips to help with grief around the holidays.
1. Give yourself permission to grieve and don’t allow anyone else to tell you how to feel. It’s okay to feel sad - especially during this time of year.
2. Honor your loved pet by paying it forward to help another. Or have an open heart to support a fellow grieving pet parent.
3. Cherish Your memories. Where there is grief, there is love. Display your favorite photo of your pet that brings you the most joy. It’s possible to experience joy while grieving.
