Great, prompt customer service. They communicated with the pet hospital that euthanized my sweet baby girl and got the info for the engraving that I requested. The cedar box with engraving is beautiful; it also has a fresh cedar fragrance since it's natural wood. It is heartbreaking to lose your beloved pet, but this brings a little bit of comfort.

We are often asked by pet parents how to prepare for a senior pet’s passing. Here are a few things we recommend:

1. Try to record the sound of their barks or meows or any fun noises they may make. This can bring you comfort during the grief process.

2. Take clear photos of your pet’s face and/or paw in good lighting, which will enable you to create a memorial item in the future.

3. All of us think we will remember our pet’s behavioral patterns and idiosyncrasies. However, to ensure we will remember, we suggest keeping a journal as each pet is so different and unique.
