Due to the large number of clients that have been prebooking multiple appointments regularly, I am staying booked out much further!

Some friendly reminders:
🐾 Appointment days: Tues- Fri (Saturdays will NOT be available for all of 2019 to clients who hadn't been prebooking on Saturdays in 2018).
🐾 Min. of 3 no shows/last minute cancellations(less than 24 hour notice): will either result in having to wait longer for another appointment, or not being able to get any future appointments made at all- depending on the circumstances.
🐾 LATENESS: 15+ minutes or more late to appointment may result in **automatic cancellation** It is VERY much appreciated to be given a call/text ahead of time if running late.

*Fridays, especially 9-12 time frame fills up quicker than other days.
*Thursdays: earliest appointment is at 1:00.

What a great year 2018 was, but hoping 2019 will be even better! 🎉
Due to the large number of clients that prebook multiple appointments regularly, I am staying booked out much further! I am happy to still take new clients, but regulars will be accommodated first and get first pick of appointment times.

Some changes & reminders for the new year:
🐾 Cancellation spots to fill will be much more selective- no new clients will be added to last minute openings...I prefer all new clients to understand from the start that advance notice/prebooking is the ONLY way to get appointments.
🐾 Appointment days: Tues- Fri (Saturdays will NOT be available for all of 2019 to clients who hadn't been prebooking on Saturdays in 2018).

With Thanksgiving week upon us and Christmas not too far away, I just want to ensure everyone is still aware of this! I may also be less responsive to messages until November 25th.

**I am already scheduling dogs into February and currently full to the 2nd week of January. Appointments need to be made well in advance due to the number of clients that prebook regularly. (January may be completely full by mid December).

No appointments made Sundays & Mondays.

**2019:
No Saturdays available for new clients or any current clients who have not actively been prebooking Saturdays.

Cancellations on Saturdays will either need to be moved to a weekday or wait until the next prebooked Saturday appointment... Grooms will only be scheduled every other weekend and no additional dogs will be added to any
Saturdays.
