As of September 1st, 2024 I will require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you no call / no show, you will be charged the full grooming price for that missed appointment! That will need to be paid before your next appointment.
To many no shows lately. I cannot fill no show spots!

To my grooming clients

We are aware of this “mystery virus us” that has been making its way around the country. At this time I’ve received NO reports of any of our fur friends getting it.

However, it IS an airborne virus and it’s always a risk when dogs get together. I am doing what I can with extra sanitation practices and check in procedures.

If your dog has been boarded in a facility within the last 2 weeks I ask you to wait to come in for an appointment until we are sure they don’t become sick.

If you think your dog or any dog yours has had contact with has shown any respiratory symptoms including cough, runny nose, congestion, fever or not acting themselves I will need you to reschedule and get a vet clearance.

Please note I will continue to stay on top of this until this virus passes. Your pets health and safety is my top priority!

I’m going to start charging a no show / no call fee!
If you don’t show up or give me a 24 hour notice you will be charged for your grooming appointment. I have a wait list but if you don’t show up I don’t have time to fill your appointment!
