🐾I will be transitioning into using my cell phone for the shop- this means a few things:

1. Starting in November, No more landline, so use the new phone number (you can start now)

2. You will have the convenience of texting for an appointment.

3. This is my personal number (which I have always hesitated to give out) so please use it respectfully. 🙂

4. I have a life, kids, I take vacay, days off and I try to sleep some- so if I do not answer right away, I promise I will get back to you. 👍🏻

5. If you would like an appointment reminder then please message me on the shop page and when we set up an appointment you will get a notification for an appointment reminder. ⏰

🐾 All of my policies remain in effect:

1. If you are 20 minutes or more late for an appointment you must reschedule.

2.You are expected to pick up your pet within an hour after I call to say that they are ready, unless we have discussed it otherwise.

3. If you do not show for an appointment then you are expected to pay for that missed appointment on your next visit. Everyone gets one pass because life happens! But please understand when you do not show then I do not get paid. 🙁

🐶PUPDATE:: Someone has stepped up and offered to take Gracie during the day while her owner is at work, this way she isn’t home alone all day. She is very excited about this because she was very torn, and having to find her a new home was not what she wanted to do. Thank y’all for offering to help!

Due to the nature of the way I handle appointments, my clients have very little (if any) contact with one another, so unless things change and it would become mandatory, I will remain open. If you need to cancel PLEASE call or send me a message to let me know. Also, if you would like, I can come out to get your pet from your vehicle to bring into the shop, just let me know ahead so I can be watching for you at your appointment time. I appreciate all of you- stay informed and do what you feel is best to keep your families safe! 🐾
