Good afternoon VOMC family! We are looking for videos and pictures of our post surgical rehab, acupuncture, Tui-na (massage) and hydrotherapy patients. We would love to see before & after's, pictures and videos from during therapy sessions and any other photos you would like to share of your fur babies' journey with us here at VOMC.

Please send photos and videos to [email protected]. In your email, please include your name, pets name, surgical procedure (if applicable) and what therapy he/she is receiving with our rehab team.

We would like to take a moment to recognize the achievement of one of our rehabilitation nurses here at Veterinary Orthopaedic & Mobility Center. After completing courses for Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and Canine Tui-Na through the Chi University, we are proud to announce that Miss Bryanna is now certified in Tui-Na (canine massage)! We are very excited to add this additional treatment option for our patients here at VOMC. Congratulations on all your hard work! 🎉🏅🎊

We at VOMC would like to take a moment to recognize our team of both surgical and rehabilitation nurses who are highly skilled, dedicated and passionate about patient care. We wish you all a Happy National Veterinary Technician week, 2023!

To our Surgical Team: we would not be able to provide surgical care without you monitoring anesthesia, scrubbing in to assist our Doctors during surgeries, recovering surgical patient post-op and maintaining all of the surgical equipment and tools. Perhaps most importantly, you discharge our surgical patients to their loved ones and go over instructions for home care and medications. We would not be able to provide these amazing surgical options and care without you. Thank you Surgical Techs!

To our Rehabilitation Therapy Team: no one truly knows just how difficult and physically demanding it is to be a Rehab nurse. You perform all needed therapies such as underwater treadmill, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, client education, diet counseling and laser therapy. You assist in consultations and exams, acupuncture, sedation, radiology, pain management, palliative care and help clients feel more at ease during postoperative rehabilitation. We would not be able to provide these amazing rehabilitation services without you. Thank you Rehabilitation Techs!

At VOMC we offer not only advanced and specialized surgical care but rehabilitation therapy, pain management and tailored senior mobility plans. We offer Post-Operative Rehabilitation Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Acupuncture, Light Therapy and Shockwave Treatments.

Additionally, we offer consultations for harness and cart fittings, maintenance conditioning therapy, senior pain management and weight loss.

Our friendly and professional team here at VOMC Rehab is ready to help your pet MOVE better to FEEL better!

🎉Patient release🎉

We are excited to announce that Kiwi has received her swimming papers and will be released tomorrow, Thursday, December 9 at 1:15 p.m.

This will not be a public release, as it's in Kiwi's best interest to have a small private release to lessen any additional stress to make her return home as successful as possible.

Kiwi has been with us since March 22 and has quite the fan club. She is one of our patient who was up for sponsorship and was also a patient at Veterinary Orthopaedic & Mobility Center where Dr. Nicole and her team performed shock-wave therapy to help with an injury to Kiwi's right front flipper. Those special folks have been invited to attend in person but we would like to invite you to tune in to Facebook LIVE starting at 1:15pm.
